With an allocated parking space behind electronic gates you can leave the car for the week and walk! There are a wonderful choice of shops, restaurants and galleries just a few steps away and various boats and Ferries sailing directly from the Pier outside the front door to Flushing , St Mawes, Helford and Trellisick Gardens.
Located on the second floor and with underfloor heating throughout, No. 10 has a private entrance hall leading into an open plan living area. Furnished with 2 comfortable leather sofa’s, a flat screen TV, a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washer dryer and a dining area with table and chairs.
A patio door opens out onto the sunny terrace with a table and chairs, the perfect spot to rest and enjoy the views after a hard day exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.
The fully tiled bathroom has a large bath with shower over, heated towel rail, large bath with shower over and wc.
The double bedroom with king size bed has plenty of storage with a chest of drawers and wardrobe, and has a wall mounted TV with DVD player. Guests can enjoy views over the pier and across the water to Flushing from the window allowing the bobbing of the boats to be enjoyed from the comfort of the bed; a wonderful way to start the day!
Number 10 is an ideal bolthole for couples looking for a central location with parking. The apartment is modern and clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in this wonderful harbour town.
Guests are advised that this is a second floor apartment accessed via a stairway and is therefore unsuitable for those with restricted mobility. The town centre location does mean that on occasion some background noise may be audible.
