We rent 2 properties in the same complex, which is directly on the beachfront (sandy beach).

House and groundfloor aparment

House: Terraced house on 2 levels, exclusively furnished.The sofa of 2,88 m length is one of the many places where you will be able to enjoy to rest or nap. The dinning table, seating 8, is the local point of the house. Large flat screen TV, airconditioning,WI-FI.

Outdoors, another table seating 8, overlooking the dunes and the sea. Fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, two of them with ensuite bathrooms and exit to the terrace offering stunning views. The third bedroom with 4 beds is designed for children. This room overlooks one of the pools.

Groundfloor aparmet with garden and large outdoor area , two terraces, overlooking the mountains and sea, 3 bedrooms.

Underground parking for both properties.

The complex is enclosed and guarded 24 hours. Thus, children are able to move freely without any danger. The gardens and tropical plants , as well as two swimming pools , make you feel like in paradise.

a few meters distance to the beach you will be find a restaurant which is open all year.

Marbella center 5 minutes car drive.

Great location, clean and comfortable.

We are a family of six with young children and we stayed both in the apartment and the house. The apartment was spacious enough, very clean and comfortable. There is a small garden where the children could play, The beach is just a few minutes walk and is beautiful. The location is great. The area is luxurious, well kept and safe.
We also stayed in the house wich is more spacious and direclty on the beach. Everything was comfortable, easy and we had all the equipment needed.
It's a beautiful 2 floor house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Raquel, the owner, was very concern about our comfort and well being. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always very nice to communicate with.
The restaurant on the beach was delicious and very nice!
A car is needed because you can't walk to facilities. A short drive (5 min.) will get you to the grocery and downtown Marbella.
Overall, we loved our stay and would definitly recommand this property for families or couples.

6 lovely weeks in this house

After having had the best correspondence with Raquel Otal Lobo we moved into this house to stay for 6 weeks. We have enjoyed every day. The house is very nice and extremely well equipped. It is absolutely a home away. The location on the beach could´nt be better. It is a pleasure to recommend this house to anyone.

A wonderful vacation home!!!

What a fantastic place! We rented this home for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. Our vacation in Marbella was incredible all due to this wonderful home. It is located within a gated community right along the sand dunes to the beach. We would walk out the back yard, through a gate and, voila, we were on the beach. There are two pools in the complex, but we were at the beach every day practically all day. At night we would fall asleep to the sounds of the waves. No need for air conditioning either ( although the home has air conditioning as well).The ocean breezes were enough. And everything in the home was top notch..the furniture, the linen, the appliances..everything! If you plan on going to downtown Madrid and anywhere else, it is probably better to rent a car. We did and made side trips to downtown Madrid for porras/churros y chocolate in the morning and to the town of Ronda as well. We also played tennis on clay courts that were a 5-minute drive outside the complex..There is secure garage parking. The owner's daughter, Raquel, personally came to open the home for us and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. If you want a relaxing vacation in Marbella, this is the place to be.

Großartig?

Wir haben wunderbare Tage verbracht in diesem Reihenhaus direkt an den Dünen. Im Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit hat man einen Blick aufs Mehr und erreicht den Strand nur in 2 Minuten. Von der Dachterassse hatten wir beim Frühstück einen großartigen Blick auf Palmen, Strand und Dünen - sensationell. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ist sehr geräumig. Die Vermieterin war vor und während des Besuchs sehr hilfsbereit. Großartig !
