2 Bedroom Apartment With Stunning Sea And Mountain Views Front Line To The Sea

The 2 bedroom apartment is in an ancient natural stone building and has an excellent location of being front line to the sea with mountain views from front and back of apartment. The apartment has recently been renovated and is tastefully decorated throughout. Local bars and restaurants are on the doorstep also. Kotor Old Town s a 10 minute walk away, Kotor bus station is also a 10 minute walk away.

Explore Kotor Old Town easily from this apartment

The view from this property looks over Kotor Bay to the Kotor old town. We loved the easy access it gave us to walk there in under 12 minutes.
Walk for 1 minute to the local shop supplying the daily essentials like bottled water, bread and wine.
Walk for 2 minutes to the nearest restaurant BARAKUA. Walk for 3 minutes to the nearest bar BAHUS, fruit shop and hospital.
If you follow the rule to eat where the locals eat then a 7 minute walk takes you to ERAK restaurant. Good tasty quality food at low prices. Local beers or PIVO - Jelen and Niksicko 500 mls bottles for 1.20 euros.
Roda supermarket 8 minutes, old town Kotor South Gate 11 minutes, open market & yacht berths 13 minutes, Kamelija shopping centre 20 minutes and the pebble beaches of Zuta Plaza 23 minutes. 2 sunbeds and an umbrella 5 euros for the day.
Thank goodness for the air conditioning while we were there temperatures were 34 to 40 dec C. We would recommend a boat trip on the ANKICA for 15 euros.
The scenery is stunning and the Old Town is well worth its world heritage status. The yachts, motor cruisers and cruise ships change daily. There are also open decked bus tours which we did not take, preferring the boat.
The property has a half bathroom (WC and basin) and a separate full bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine as well as the WC and basin. Two bedrooms accommodates 4 adults comfortably. It has a fully equipped kitchen but we never used the cooker or microwave as eating out was so reasonable. The toaster, kettle, fridge and washing machine served our needs. There is a TV and DVD player but there were no TV stations to watch. The furnishings are all modern and in good condition. There is a patio at the front door which gives a secluded place to read, relax or have a drink. There is a table and chairs. The view up from the patio is the cliffs, down is the car park for the police station next door.
The cruise ship passengers get only a few hours to explore Kotor old town. This apartment allows a full and leisurely exploration of the many bars, restaurants and shops and if you are energetic you can climb the battlements to the top via 1050 steps. Well worth the climb for the views.

Ideally located on Kotor Bay. The apartment is front line to the sea with only the road in front of you. Location benefits from being next to restaurants, bars and shops. The ancient UNESCO protected site of Kotor Old Town is a 10 minute walk away with many historical sites, many cafe bars, large selection of restaurants and a variety of shops.
