GENERAL DESCRIPTION This is a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in a secure mansion block around 30 seconds walk away from Regents Park. It would be the perfect base to explore Central London.
I would say the best thing about this apartment is firstly its location; you will be staying in one of the most exclusive areas in London with multi-million pound apartments and houses around you while also being able to be in Oxford street in around 20mins by walk or 10mins by underground train. The other great thing is it's size, covering some 650square feet or 60 square metres. This means that its not just somewhere to sleep but a real home you can live in, cook in, entertain in or simply just relax in. And I think the best bit about the flat is that you are across the road from Regents Park, one of the most beautiful parts of Central London where you can go for a relaxing walk by the canals, go for a boat ride in the lake, visit the zoo in the park, or feed the many ducks and squirrels there (if you are travelling with kids they will love this!!).
THE LOCAL AREA The nearest neighbourhood is St Johns Wood (high street is 5 min walk away) which is an upmarket area of London with plenty of bars, cafe´s and restaurants. St John's Wood is a tranquil corner of Central London which has a fantastic village feel as you stroll along the high street. There is a Tesco convenience store 5 minutes walk away for food shopping. St Johns Wood station is on the Jubilee line and you are just two stops away from Oxford Street, from where you walk to most of Londons famous tourist attractions.
Master Bedroom: A bedroom with a double bed. The room is neutrally decorated with plenty of storage space, including 2 wardrobes.
2nd bedroom: A single bed which readily converts into a double (see pictures)
Lounge: Large bright lounge which has a double sofa bed (linen, pillows and duvet are stored neatly inside the sofa itself), TV, dining table with chairs
Bathroom: Clean and tidy with bath and shower, mirror, toilet and all the essentials you need (towels will be provided for you)
Open Plan Kitchen: The modern kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a big meal or quick snack before hitting the town - microwave, modern stove, oven, cutting board, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, cutlery sets, pots, pans and all other necessary cooking utensils!
Amenities: There is a washing machine. Entry to the building is controlled via a secure phone-buzzer system and two sets of keys (front door and apartment door). You have access directly from the flat to communcal gardens (see pictures) Other: Towels are provided The Apartment is cleaned and sheets are diligently changed after every guest. Wifi is also available in the flat. We can also provide a Cot if needed at no extra cost.
As stated above nearest tube is St Johns Wood Station (jubilee line) - 5mins walk away. Buses run throughout the area (too many to list!). Taxis / cabs are plentiful (we can provide numbers of local firms to avoid overpaying)
WHO THE APARTMENT WOULD SUIT: The Apartment is ideal for people who want a comfortable base from which to explore the very best Central London has to offer. For business users, trains go directly to Canary wharf from St Johns wood while still having all the excitement of the West End at your doorstep. For the London tourist / visitor - the Apartment is a relaxing oasis on the door steps on one of the most beautiful parks in london with the West End/Oxford Circus a short distance away. The Apartment can sleep up to 6 people

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please note that all guests are asked to pay £200 security deposit on check-in which will be returned on check-out provided the flat is in reasonable condition.

Our recent trip to London would not be complete without stay in Ashkan's apartment.
The host Fariba and Mohd waited for us as planned, kept ours luggage so that we could move on as it was 9 am in the morning.(too early to check in)
While we back in the late afternoon, all our belonging already inside the apartment,thanks once again.
The apartment is really big and spacious, quite comfortable ,well decorated,secure and incredibly cozy.
The location is in zone 2, near to tube station provides ready easy access to go quickly in center London.

This beautiful flat is a stones throw away from Regents park, you can have the benefit of living in a quiet safe corner of Central London and be in the centre of town in 10-20 minutes
