Locally, there are great pubs, wonderful walks and fun visitor attractions, so there's plenty to keep everyone happy. We have parking on site for 6-7 cars.

There are televisions in all bedrooms with larger screens in the living room and the games room. The house has Sky, WiFi, and an iDock.
There is a barbecue set up with table and chairs. Just off the kitchen you will find a WC/utility room with the pool building beyond where there is a 10m x 5m pool with a constant depth of 4ft, changing room with shower and WC. Just outside the pool is the wonderful sunken hot tub.

In 2010, the barn was a traditional, listed 17th-century stone and brick cob barn, built for one of the prosperous farms on this side of Wellington in Somerset. Today it has been lovingly turned into a luxurious holiday house that sleeps 12 (+2), retaining charming original features.
With 6 en-suite bedrooms and exclusive use of its own indoor pool and outdoor sunken hot-tub, this property is perfect for any celebration or family holiday.
Brilliant!! Went with 12 other adults and 2 children. Every room had ample space and the layout was good. Huge fitted kitchen with large fridge with ice maker and water dispenser. 100 tv's (maybe not 100) throughout the rooms, large comfy sofa's in both the lounge and the games room which contained a well looked after pool table. Dining table had plenty of space for all of us. Bedrooms all had showers or baths en-suite. A nice sized, well kept garden with a BBQ and lets not forget the outdoor hot tub and private indoor swimming pool. Everywhere was smart, clean and tidy. We spent most of the week at the barn as there was no need to go out. Also we were greeted by the owner on arrival with all the info we needed as well as a large cake! What a great week.
Surrounded by Areas of Natural Beauty, Wellington, is a popular market town. It has a variety of local pubs, small shops together with a Waitrose.
A small country town standing between the River Tone and the beautiful Blackdown Hills. It has a large number of speciality shops from which you can buy a wide range of goods. There are gift shops, an oriental carpet shop, a health food store, an artisan baker, an ironmongers, and independent clothes and shoe shops. Local meats and cheeses are available and a farmers market is held every first and third Saturday of the month. The town also boasts 3 supermarket chains, Waitrose, Asda, and the Co-op.
There are many pubs and cafés and, as it is so close to Junction 26 of the M5, Wellington is an ideal place to break a long journey.
