Welcome to Trasimeno

Podere Pescia is a recently restored farmhouse of the early 19th century. It is divided into four fully fitted housing units with antique furniture and several furnishing elements and decorations.

They all have an independent entrance and a private outdoor space.

Podere Pescia is located in the Umbria region between Lake Trasimeno and Tuscany, where the countryside is slightly hilly, with a splendid view on Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding medieval villages: Castiglione del Lago, Paciano, Panicale and Cortona.

Sings of ancient times are visible in the stone and brick masonry, in the pigeon turret and in the small bell tower embellishing the farmhouse precincts.

Flats are extremely comfortable with terracotta floors, wooden trusses on the ceiling, a fireplace and antique furniture charming the guests’ eyes with the signs of a glorious past for them to enjoy their holidays in a relaxing and exclusive atmosphere.

The Loggia flat (2+1) is a studio measuring 30 square metres on the first floor, with a view on Lake Trasimeno and an independent entrance.Loggia to sit outside,kitchenette,landing,bathroom,king size bedroom.

The CASETTA flat (2+1)is a 37 sq.m. two-roomer arranged in two levels, with an independent entrance and a lake view.

It offers a wonderful view on the lake and the surrounding Tuscany and Umbria hills. An added plus: a private garden for guests to eat outside.

Ground floor: a sitting room with a convertible sofa (or 'davenport” for our US guests) and a fully furnished kitchen.

On level one: a king-size bedroom, a bathroom with shower and an ante-bathroom.

The 'Old England' flat (2+2) measures 54 square metres and fully extends on the ground floor.

It includes: a very large sitting room with a fireplace, embellished by antique furniture, objects of art and a collection of old sewing machines,

a king-size convertible sofa, a fully furnished kitchen, a king-size bedroom and a bathroom with shower, a small private garden for guests to eat outside and an independent entrance.

Staropolska flat (4+2)measures 94 square metres and is arranged in two levels with an independent entrance, a private garden and a lake view.

Ground floor: a highly comfortable sitting room with a sofa, and a kitchen.

On level one: a king-size bedroom with a convertible bed ('davenport” for our US guests) and a bathroom with shower, a second bedroom to be arranged with either two beds or a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower, and a splendid view on the lake and the ancient villages
