This spacious (92 m2), luxuriously furnished and tastefully decorated Split Level apartment is centrally located near the Super yacht Port and the old historic quarter of Antibes. It is literally 5-7 min walking distance to everything your heart can desire.... shops, fabulous restaurants, cafes, patisseries, the Beach, Bus /Train Station, Antibe's famous covered Market and the Picasso museum.
An open plan, modern & fully equipped kitchen includes a full length fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, 3 ring induction cook top, microwave, wine cave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and breakfast bar.
The living area has a large deluxe leather sofa with a 55' flat screen TV / SKY decoder (with a basic U.K SKY TV package), Apple TV, Blue Ray Disc player & French Orange Internet TV livebox.
Large windows with French shutters in the living room and kitchen areas open to reveal a pleasant view over the central courtyard. This lower level also has a separate private bedroom which has a very high cathedral-like ceiling, large french shutters and lots of natural light. This bedroom has a large Queen size bed, work desk,built - in - wardrobe en-suite bathroom & toilet.
Located on the upper floor is the Master bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom. This spacious bedroom has wooden ceiling beams, a King size bed, work desk / chair with a walk in wardrobe.
No expense has been spared when re-modelling & decorating this apartment & it contains a personal collection of original artwork which has been accumulated over many years of travel by the owner. The kitchen has state of the art appliances & is a chef's dream!
This apartment also comes with a secure underground garage.
Ski: French alps are less than 1 h 50 minutes away. The best of both worlds -- hit the slopes during the day and enjoy excellent food and riviera night life apres ski!
Getting There: Bus No 250 Terminal 1 runs every 30 mins From Nice International Airport to Antibes.
We were extremely pleased to spend ten days this August in the apartment "La Sevillane" in Antibes. We saw photos of it on the internet ,but could not imagine how beautiful it would be.Quite spacious , a duplex apartment of two floors.Nicely furnished with an extremely fine taste,seen very well in the choice of carpets,original paintings and the lighting system.Also well-equipped. Although we do not like to cook in the apartment, but we could find in the small nice kitchen every thing that those who love cooking need to see. I spent long hours at night changing channels in the wide screen television which gave me the impression I was in a movie house.It is also well-located few steps away from both Old Antibes and Modern Antibes. We are really grateful to the owners who definitely spent many years reflecting on how to make their apartment in Antibes a real pleasure to those who are lucky enough to spend weeks in it,any season of the year.

The Apt was perfect for us, right in the centre of Antibes with walking distance to everything! Peter has done a fantastic job appointing the apt and we especially liked the automatic coffee machine and the kitchen facilities in general. Although all the restaurants are all close by!!!
Upstairs bedroom is huge with a large and opulent bathroom....All very modern furnishings which we liked!

There is a keyed entrance to the building so is secure and there are no unwanted or unknown people in the building.
The apartment is walking distance to everywhere. Beach, cafe's, train station, great restaurants, numerous top bars, Antibes Marina. Great cafe's and patisseries about 3 minute walk away.
Just far enough away from the bars so you don't get disturbed at night but close enough to walk back.
Antibes is one of my favourite places anywhere.
If you don't want to drive then everything is a short train ride away, from Monaco to Nice and Golf Juan.

I stayed in this beautiful apartment in 2012 and I could not have asked for a more beautiful, well-designed, detailed and tasteful apartment!! Everything was done with taste, class, detail and comfort in mind and YOU COULD NOT LIVE CLOSER OR MORE CENTRAL to anything in Antibes!
It is close to the shops, restaurants, port, train station, Antibes markets, bus stops - so convenient! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!! The property is clean, spacious, the owner is super friendly and helpful, and I would recommend this property to ANYONE. I have visited Antibes over the past 15 years and there are a tremendous amount of activities, restaurants, shops, bars and entertainment in the area - all walking distance from this beautiful apartment.
