This spacious (72 m2), luxuriously furnished and tastefully decorated Split Level apartment is centrally located near the Super yacht Port and the old historic quarter of Antibes. It is literally 5-7 min walking distance to everything your heart can desire.... shops, fabulous restaurants, cafes, patisseries, the Beach, Bus /Train Station, Antibe's famous covered Market and the Picasso museum.

An open plan, modern & fully equipped kitchen includes a full length fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, 3 ring induction cook top, microwave, wine cave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and breakfast bar.

The living area has a large deluxe leather sofa with a 55' flat screen TV / SKY decoder (with a basic U.K SKY TV package), Apple TV, Blue Ray Disc player & French Orange Internet TV livebox.

Large windows with French shutters in the living room and kitchen areas open to reveal a pleasant view over the central courtyard. This lower level also has it's own separate bathroom & toilet.

Located on the 2nd floor is the bedroom & which has an ensuite bathroom. This spacious bedroom has wooden ceiling beams, a King size bed, work desk / chair with a walk in wardrobe.

No expense has been spared when re-modelling & decorating this apartment & it contains a personal collection of original artwork which has been accumulated over many years of travel by the owner. The kitchen has state of the art appliances & is a chef's dream!

Ski: French alps are less than 1 h 50 minutes away. The best of both worlds -- hit the slopes during the day and enjoy excellent food and riviera night life apres ski!

Getting There: Bus No 250 Terminal 1 runs every 30 mins From Nice International Airport to Antibes.

We were extremely pleased to spend ten days this August in the apartment "La Sevillane" in Antibes. We saw photos of it on the internet ,but could not imagine how beautiful it would be.Quite spacious , a duplex apartment of two floors.Nicely furnished with an extremely fine taste,seen very well in the choice of carpets,original paintings and the lighting system.Also well-equipped. Although we do not like to cook in the apartment, but we could find in the small nice kitchen every thing that those who love cooking need to see. I spent long hours at night changing channels in the wide screen television which gave me the impression I was in a movie house.It is also well-located few steps away from both Old Antibes and Modern Antibes. We are really grateful to the owners who definitely spent many years reflecting on how to make their apartment in Antibes a real pleasure to those who are lucky enough to spend weeks in it,any season of the year.

This is an amazing place to stay if you intend to spend your vacation in the
Cote d'Azur. We've been there for 10 days and wish it would have been longer.
Antibes is just a perfect drop off place for all the other Cote d'Azur destinations,
such as Ramaduelle, Saint Tropez, etc. If the famous beaches are too crowded
just try out the neat little beach in Antibes. From the apartment everything in Antibes
is within walking distance - very comfortable. Just park your car and relax for the
next days. A BIG plus compared to probably cheaper accommodation further away from the center, where you always have to move around with your car.
The apartment doesn't lack of anything. It has nice, clean bathrooms, a comfortable
bedroom and last but not least a superb kitchen. If you are to lazy to cook on your own just try out one of the great restaurants with delicious maritime food!
To sum up, we can recommend this atmospheric, neat accommodation in (for us) the nicest of all Cote d'Azur towns!! It's definitely worth the money!!

I had the pleasure of staying in this fabulous home recently. Located in beautiful Antibes, you are within walking distance of the railway station, one block from bakeries, restaurants, shopping, beach and marina. It really is perfectly placed. At home you have a haven to relax in with all modern furniture and appliances and a very well appointed kitchen. A double bedroom and bathroom are downstairs and the upstairs loft has a very spacious main bedroom with ensuite. This home is very secure and a with its proximity to Nice and Monaco it really is a perfect holiday destination.

I loved the location of this apartment, literally 2 minutes walk from the center of Antibes and right next to the main restaurants and bars ..
This is a great apartment, nicely furnished and laid out. Kitchen with all its modern appliances is great and very practical.
The Apartment is also located in a quite building…and a nice factor is how much light this apartment get during the day. All in all a great apartment , great location and real good value for money.
Be assured we will be repeat customers of yours for many years.

This accommodation combines the very best of location and amenities. The apartment is located centrally in the beautiful village of Antibes, only a few minutes walk to the train station, restaurants and food markets.
