Located on an upmarket street in the heart of Barcelona city centre, in the Eixample district, on the Corner of C/ Consell de Cent and C/ Girona. This is by far the best and most upmarket area in the city. Luxury 90m2 apartment with 10m2 private, outdoor terrace and 3 double bedrooms. Sleeps up to 6 and perfect for families. On the doorstep of great restaurants and bars. Minutes walk away from Passeig de Gracia, the Ramblas and the Gaudi buildings. The beach can be accessed by foot or in 5 minutes by metro (adjacent to the apartment).
The apartment was fully renovated in 2011 to a very high standard. The ceilings are 3.6m high with period features. There are 3 bedrooms:-
Bedroom 1 - king size bed with memory foam mattress. There is a balcony, overlooking the beautiful Barcelona architecture.
Bedroom 2 - double bed and connects to the large terrace.
Bedroom 3 - double bed.
The 10m2 private outdoor terrace is complete with wood decking and inset spotlights, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Barcelona laid back atmosphere. There is also a Bose Lifestyle sound dock, to enjoy some some soothing music from your playlist.
Luxury bathroom contains a large wet room style shower, WC, sink and heated towel rail. It features a large frosted glass wall adding a very stylish finish. It is tiled with porcelain and mosaics, offering a chic, Mediterranean look.
Open plan living room, dining area, with a handmade, luxury, leather sofa, with additional pull out seating. There are solid wood floors throughout the apartment. The original fireplace has been restored.
Designer kitchen, with granite work tops, fully equipped with AEG chrome fridge/freezer, oven and hob, toaster, kettle, Delonghi coffee machine, washing machine, iron & ironing board. kitchen utensils and dishes provided.
Iron & Ironing board and Hairdryer provided. The apartment is cleaned and checked before arrival and all fresh linen and towels supplied.
Our apartment is fully licensed with Barcelona's Tourism Register, which is a legal requirement by the Government of Catalonia for renting out your apartment in Barcelona city. Our registration number is HUTB005809

We had a really good time in Barcelona, the apartment was very centrally located and had really good facilities nearby. It was a comfortable stay and we liked the airiness of the apartment and found it very spacious. Everything went smoothly and we found it easily and Danielle was very helpful. Would definitely recommend it to friends etc.
