This modern 3 bedroom house can accommodate 5 people comfortably, 6th would need to double up, the master bedroom comes with a king size bed, TV and ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms have double beds and a family bathroom with a shower. A downstairs cloakroom, add to the amenity of the house which is well furnished and you will find everything you need. Home form home, the kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine/dryer, tall integrated fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher and all you need in a modern kitchen. The lounge has comfortable leather sofas, 47' flat screen TV, DVD player and dining for 6. The master bedroom also has a TV. A lovely patio garden with BBQ and comfortable seating.

Tooting Bec is minutes away from Balham, with all the bars and restaurants where you are spoiled for choice: Thai, Italian,Indian,Lebanese and of course wonderful pubs serving gastropub food. Many of these are listed in guide books. Clapham common is another 5 mins away. Wandsworth Common is 5/7 mins walk from the house where you can watch locals play cricket or rugby. The city golf course is round the corner. On the High Street you will find an array of international food shops plus Tesco Express. A large Sainsbury is 5 mins drive. Within less than 25/30 mins you can be in Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square or Oxford Street. There are regular trains to Gatwick from Balham Station, which is one stop away.

Notes For monthly rates please contact the owners. This is a Totally Pet Free and NO Smoking house, also we request you adhere to the "Shoes off" policy. There is a 10% discount for the second consecutive week reservation and for people returning in the same calendar year. Please note we do not charge for exit cleaning, provided the house is left in the same state as found.
£300 non refundable deposit at time of booking. Balance payable 60 days prior to your arrival plus £400 security deposit, this deposit is returnable within 7 days of your departure provided the house is left in a clean and tidy and in the state as found on your arrival. Any excess cleaning or damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Debit cards, no charge, credit cards, nominal 3% fee
