Known to locals as Noho, the area north of Oxford Street has famously been home to some of the most influential intellectuals of the 20th century. This little corner of central London still teams with their Bohemian spirit, and remains one of the city’s most exciting cultural hubs. You’ll find the British Museum and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, as well as Fitzroy Square, the erstwhile stomping ground of George Bernard Shaw and Virginia Woolf. Drift down past George Orwell’s preferred pub on Charlotte Street, or enjoy Soho’s carnival atmosphere before retiring to this two bedroom pad for a good night’s sleep.
