Cozy and sunny apartment near the Parque de María Luisa.

Sunny and centrally located with 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one single, up to 5 people. With elevator, private parking and Wifi.

It is equipped with everything needed to make your stay as pleasant as possible: air conditioning in all rooms, microwave, 32 p plasma TV, DVD, internet connection (WIFI). Around there are many bars and very close SUPERCOR (and OPENCOR 300mt)

The METROCENTRO, the new tram that runs through the pedestrianized center of Seville, stopping in front of the Alcazar and the Giralda, is caught in front of the building. It is the only means of transportation through the historical center of Seville.

Also the airport BUS, EA, has a stop in front of the house.

disfrutamos mucho de la ciudad. Cómo bien dices, el tiempo no acompañó del todo. Pero la gran satisfacción era saber que tenias una casa calentita a la que volver después de todo el día de paseo.



El piso fantástico. Pudimos disfrtutar de su luminosidad el sábado al llegar. Es un piso muy,muy alegre. Y no echamos en falta absolutamente nada. Fué como estar en casa.



Muchas gracias por todo y de seguro que si volvemos a Sevilla volveremos a vuestro piso.

Wonderful stay

The location was perfect and the house is as charming in person as it is in the photos. There were 5 of us and we had everything we needed, including a very comfortable sofa where my 6 ft 3 in son slept comfortably. If I need a house in LA in the future, I will call Ann and Miles first.

A real find

This is a great place for up to five people to stay. A compact three bedroom with all the facilities you need, in a solid building next to the university. Quiet. It's about a mile from the centre of town, but the new tram line just outside makes going to the historic district a breeze. Warm welcome from the helpful owners. Recommended.

Great family home away from home

A very nice place to stay in Seville for a family. My family (3 teens and single parent) found the accommodations very good: close to transport to city center, close to grocery shopping, quiet neighbourhood. The owner made us feel very welcome and was very helpful getting to the apartment from the train station, and provided us with lots of things to do and useful advice. The pictures are very accurate.

There are nice bars and cafes around the apartment (walking distance) and it is only a short tram hop to the city center. Close (5 min taxi, 15 bus) from the train station. Also 20 min walking distance to Parc Maria Luisa.

Would recommend to people looking for a place to explore Seville that is not downtown but quiet and very close. A family of up to 5 would be very comfortable here.

A Great Apartment!!!!

This is a really nice place. It is comfortable, well equipped, very spacious and clean. The beds are super comfortable and you get a really good nights sleep. The air conditioning works well, which is important, especially in the summer months. This is a great place to come back to after you have been walking around all day. There is a good grocery store right around the corner. Victoria and Carlos are both very friendly and super helpful. Carlos gave us great recommendations for restaurants and other activities in Seville. They really make sure that this apartment feels like home!!! I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Seville.

Excellent Seville Location

My wife and I had a most enjoyable holiday while staying in Victoria's apartment. She arranged for her son Carlos to meet us at San Bernardo Station which is close by. Carlos was very helpful and took time to make sure we were happy. My correspondence with Victoria at all times was very good. The apartment was excellent and very homely which made us feel relaxed. Security also was very good. On our day of arrival the temperature reached 42 C so the air conditioning was a great relief. Victoria had provided more than I expected for our needs and this was much appreciated. Carlos told us of Bars and a supermarket close by and also let us use the re-chargeable bus & tram card. The San Bernardo terminus includes Buses, the Metro train and the Tram so the location for getting around is very good. Trams are very frequent and quick to get into the Cathedral area. We found another larger supermarket just behind the bus area of the terminus and next to this was an excellent tapas bar which also sold bread and cakes. It is called San Tomas and several of the staff speak english and the service was very good. You can see the tapas on display and they will tell you what they in english. It is much larger inside than it looks from the outside. We highly recommend Victoria's apartment and feel confident that anyone staying there would not be disappointed. Many thanks to Victoria and Carlos.

Apartment located in the best area of ??Sevilla, next to the train halt of Saint Bernard and METROCENTRO tram stop, which happens constantly and takes you to the Giralda and Alcazar in minutes. A 5 min walk from Maria Luisa Park and 8 min. the Murillo Gardens, the bus station and the meadow of San Sebastian.

The apartment is next to the shopping area VIAPOL, where there is a supermarket of the English Court and numerous bars and restaurants. The area is super safe and busy.

The airport bus, EA, stops in front of the apartment.
