Perfect in Plymouth
Excellent top floor apartment in the Stonehouse area of Plymouth with a great balcony out from the lounge / dining / kitchen with a southerly sea view over the top of apartments, but they are NOT directly in front of your balcony. The view looks towards the Brittany Ferry Port. Apartment was very clean, with a penthouse style living. American fridge was perfect to store the drinks supply……Underground secure parking was a bonus. Apartment is perfectly situated to walk to the William Yard, where there are a few good class restaurants or to Plymouth Ho and the Barbican Marina where you can find many restaurants and bars.. Nearer to the apartment, there is an excellent restaurant “The Dock” which is along the road towards the Brittany Ferry Port, looking onto the Marina. Excellent Breakfast / Brunch / Dunch or Dinner….You MUST visit! Just along from the apartment is a great wee pub, The Lord High Admiral, which is very friendly and supplies good wine. We fo7nd this to be an excellent base for 5 days in Plymouth and did NOT use the car…Hope to return in the future……..Thanks Phil for your great customer service.

Great Location & Apartment
Thank you to Philip & the cleaning business managing it. Great communication & some fantastic guidance on the area & places to visit & eat. The apartment does have a sea view it’s not a total seaview as there are other apartments ahead that chop a bit off the view. It’s still a great view. Clean apartment & the location is spot on & right in between the Hoe & Royal William yard. Would stop again if in Plymouth

Coastal Path Walking
Purpose of trip to walk sections of the S.W. Coastal Path. Location OK for this purpose. The apartment is at the back of the block in the picture on the top floor over looking Brittany Ferries Terminal, so quite industrial views, although the sea could be seen it was not quite what we had expected. On this trip we walked from Wembury to Hope Cove, with some brutal ascents, beautiful and rewarding. Any queries were sorted very efficiently. Thank you for letting this property
