3 bedroom apartment for 6 people in 1 line of families ideal sea

Apartment with sea view in front is new construction with very little use because it is our own second home that we share with the exclusive people want a cozy place, very clean and tidy, which has all the goods and amenities to feel at home, we have a spacious living room, with direct access to the terrace where you can dine quietly in the light of the candles in a familiar but very quiet setting overlooking gardens, pool and sea , there are 3 bedrooms (1 en suite) with double bed of 1.60 and 2 double, one with double bed and the other with bunk beds, bathrooms with shower is one, the second with bath, laundry room with washer and dryer, is prepared to 6 people comfortably installed with everything you need for a spectacular holiday, ideal for families with children, has cot, high chair, toys also have everything you need to go to the beach including sleeves, inflatable games beach, etc, the apartment is equipped with linens, all kitchen items and above this impeccably clean for the whole family feel like I was at home. There is a parking space available great for big car or midsize car or small motorcycle or bike more. In the evenings you can enjoy a great promenade where we find all kinds of entertainment such as cafés, bars, restaurants, ice cream, etc. On this tour, children can go on bikes, skateboards, tricycles ... with no concern for parents because no vehicle traffic along about 8 km. this makes them enjoy sports such as bicycles, skates, rollers etc.

It is also ideal for pets as there is an ideal area for them, but are accepted upon request and evaluation of each case and with an extra deposit. We love animals and owners who can educate.

From the apartment you can easily plan trips aquatic Zoo, Port Aventura, Salou, wine route, a mountain, ocean activities, perfect for relaxation and leisure.

Easily accessible via train to downtown Barcelona Sants or Paseo Gracia direct from Cubelles
