3 Bedroom,1 Bathroom, Large Terraces With Sea And Mountain Views
El gavion is a modern design villa located 50 metres from the sea. It’s a sturdy house with its own identity and walls made of basaltic volcanic rocks. This gives the house a special environment integrating it into the barren landscape and protecting it from the sun and the wind. The house is surrounded by large wooden shaded terraces, to which you can access to all of the rooms. The sea views and the surrounding gardens soften its character allowing direct contact with nature.
The House has 3 bedrooms which open to the Northern, Eastern and Western terraces. The bedrooms combine the hardness of stone walls with soft wood floors and the textures of the furniture. It is equipped with a queen size bed and four single beds. The bathroom of the house consists in a private area and a more open one, annexed to the terrace. You can enjoy an indoor bath feeling outside. The open kitchen and the living room are integrated with the South terrace and the sea by large glassed panels.
