4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 8 to 10, luxury standard and great view

This chalet offer 200 square meters, a large outdoor terrace, south oriented, a sauna and a Jacuzzi. There are 3 large bedrooms. A parental suite with 4 beds (2 children + 2 adults) with their own bathroom. There are two others bedrooms with their private bathrooms. The lounge offers a bar, a large sofa in front of the chimney. The chalet is fully south oriented with a great view on Morzine. This chalet is brand new; he has been build in 2011.

The entire chalet is 400 square meters, which is split in 2 independent apartments. Please contact us if you need more than 10 beds. We can sometimes rent up to 25 people if needed.

Amazing week

I rented the chalet to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday for a full week. Altogether, it was 20 of us staying in the Valley and the Nest.
We spent an amazing week there and one of the main reason for that was the chalet itself: it is a very warm and hearty house, decorated with great taste and where each guest will enjoy its own privacy. We also very much enjoyed the living room (and fireplace), dining room, and sauna / jacuzzi!
The chalet was so pleasant we did not even need to hold tables at restaurants and really enjoyed hanging out at the chalet for the diners.
The description was very much accurate although I was positively surprised when visiting the chalet upon arrival as the pictures did not fully express the warmth and the broader atmosphere of the chalet.
Clearly recommend the Nid des Merle which will remain one of my top picks for a good ski trip (great slopes) and amazing comfort for a holiday week.

Great week in the French Alps

We wanted to spend a week at the Chalet with the children before Christmas and we had a great time. The location and the chalet are simply fantastic. We had a great time lazing at the chalet or skiing. It is clean, modern and very cozy. Everything is there to make your stay unforgettable. We will come back! The children and parents were very happy.

Where we are : Nids des Merles - 638 Route du Crêt, Montriond. On your GPS / Mobile or Google, just quote « Route du Crêt - Montriond » and you will find exactly where the chalet is.

The Chalet is in les Crêts in Montriond; in the middle of Morzine and the ski departure of les Lindarets. This departure offer the best access to the ski resort Portes du Soleil

The chalet has a great view on the morzine vallee. The chalet is 10 minutes from the ski departure 'les ardent' by car or by bus. the chalet is located in the village of Montriond in between of Morzine and the ski departure ardent.

Morzine / Montriond forms part of the extensive 'Portes du Soleil' ski area which includes Avoriaz, Chatel and many other ski resorts.

The skiing suits all levels of skiers. The ski area which is cross France and Switzerland is considered by many British skiers – one of the top places to ski in Europe. There is over 650 km of prepared piste, 201 ski lifts, 9 Snow parks, 89 restaurants, 280 Slopes (26 black, 105 red, 112, blue, 37 green). Also Morzine/Avoriaz is very famous and well adapted for families and very young children. Parapenting (para gliding) a superb way see the beauty of the Alps. Hot air ballooning, Snowshoeing, Dog Sleigh riding, Horse drawn sleighs through Avoriaz, Skidoo rides, Ski de fond, Skate-park, indoor and outdoor ice-skating, all this is under 5 minutes chauffeured drive of the Chalet.
