WONDERFUL!

My Husband and I have just had the most wonderful holiday in the " Penthouse. " We fell in love with the apartment the moment we saw the sun drenched rooms each with its own patio door leading to a wraparound balcony with spectacular views to the marina and the old town of Antibes. The rooms were very comfortably furnished and had everything you could possibly need including the must have air conditioning and internet access. Location wise second to none, train and bus terminus on your door step, 3 excellent supermarkets within walking distance ( 5 mins. ) There is a superb daily fresh fruit and vegetable market, not to be missed. The magical marina 2 fantastic beaches, numerous wonderful restaurants. What more can you ask for. We certainly plan to re book the Penthouse next year

LOVELY SPACIOUS APARTMENT

The aparment was bright, spacious and lovely and cool. It could do with some TlC in areas. The apartment was cleaner when we left than when we arrived but we were still charged for cleaning which we wern't very happy about.But over all we had a great stay there the apartment is in a fab location in a lovely part of Antibes and we loved how easy the transport links were to reach. We stayed with our two small children and the apartment was great for all our needs.

Owner's Response: We are delighted you enjoyed your stay at the Penthouse. I checked the cleaning issue raised with my manager and she said that they were extremely busy on the day of your arrival and she urged you to contact her directly should the cleaners have missed anything. There was no contact made so she presumed everything was to your satisfaction. Nevertheless I would like to apologise for any cleaning deficiency. We do try and uphold the highest of standards at all times. It should be noted that the cleaning charge also includes laundry and is clearly noted in our standard rental terms which would have been agreed before any deposit was accepted. Thank you for your comments and we will redouble our efforts to maintain the highest possible standards at all times.

GREAT LOCATION IN ANTIBES

This apartment is quite spacious, clean, and has all the things you would expect in a holiday rental. The location is top notch, within 5 minutes walk to the old town of Antibes, several supermarkets, banks etc. the apartment is also secure and has an elevator which is handy for a top floor apartment. Our family of 4 had a great time at the apartment and because it has been used as a rental for many years there are brochures and other bits of information on just about everything on the Cote D'Azur that you could want. Easy check in and check out process from a flexible manager. Owner was always very prompt with all communication.

PERFECT LOCATION, THANK GOODNESS FOR THE AIR CON!

They say it's all about location,location,location and in the case of this apartment, we really couldn't fault it. Two minutes walk to the train station, five minutes walk to the bus station, 3 really good supermarkets within 5 minutes walk, choice of beaches, the old town and we even walked to Juan les Pins which only took a leisurely half an hour (although would recommend you don't attempt it when the mercury's nudging towards 40 degrees!). Having everything on the door step really did make a huge difference to our holiday.

I thought the apartment itself was a lot bigger than it looked in the photos, really bright and light and had everything we needed, including the must have air con, without which I don't think we'd have survived the two particularly hot weeks we were there.

The views from the apartment are also fantastic, we were lucky to have the perfect view from the terrace one evening of a full fireworks display in the bay over Juan Les Pins and the view over towards the marina put a smile on my face every morning.

I spent a long time researching and looking at different apartments before we booked and have to say, I definitely made the right choice!

PERFECT POSITION PENTHOUSE

We are three adults who have just spent a wonderful week in Antibes. We had a lovely time staying in the Penthouse apartment. It had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The location is ideal, just a short walk into the centre of the old town & the harbour. As we were getting the train back to the part of France we live in the closeness to the station was great, just a few minutes walk.

It was a perfect location for us as we have one daughter living in the harbour & another living towards La Fontonne so we were 1/2 way between them both.

Trish was very good too, just an email away if needed..
