Calpe is a beautiful fishing village, located south of Valencia, in the district of Marina Alta.
It has 30. 000 residents, of whom 60% are foreign nationals. Although summer is able to accommodate more than 100. 000 tourists.
Also nearby town of Altea and Benidorm, the views are spectacular from the viewpoint of Toix.
Its coast is a rock rising majestically over 300 m. altitude, called the Rock of Ifach, one of the most important symbols of the Costa Blanca.
LOCATION AND ACCESS
By plane: Arrival at the airport of El Altet in Alicante. From the airport take the national road N-332 towards Valencia or the AP-7.
Trains and Railroads: The service of the National Network RENFE can arrive to Alicante, from large number of Spanish cities. Also from Alicante you can take the short train journey that describes the route Alicante-Denia.
By Road: National Highway N-332 and AP7 toll motorway from Alicante, exit number 64 (Calpe / Altea).
By Sea: The city has marina where the boat dock
