Four star cosy country cottage in a beautiful setting.
The self-catering accommodation consists of a lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. This cosy property has been extensively upgraded recently, with a new kitchen fitted, equipped with an oven/ hob, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom has been equipped with a double sized shower. The lounge contains a dining table, Freeview television and music stereo. Dedicated car parking is provided at the front of the cottage.
Bedding, linen, towels, electricity, and (oil fired) central heating are all included in the rental cost. The bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe and ample storage space. A wi-fi internet connection is available. A lockable shed is provided for mountain bike storage and a hose is on hand for cleaning equipment if required!

Your hosts have an excellent knowledge of the Scottish Highlands and Islands and previously lived in Fort Augustus (on Loch Ness), Inverness, Wester Ross, Orkney and the Isle of Skye. They both enjoy hill-walking and watching different types of wildlife found in the area.

What makes this cottage unique
The cottage is located adjacent to a working farm and the views, particularly to the mountains of the north and west are impressive. The farming calendar - from lambs being born to the harvest can be viewed at first hand. Red kites, buzzards and other birds are also regularly seen from the cottages.
