Maison du Village is located on Paul Bourgarel, a quiet pedestrian street in the heart of Vieil Antibes--minutes away from the Provençal market, restaurants, shops, and beaches. The home provides an ideal setting for a vacation on the French Riviera where no car is needed.

We have just finished a major renovation and have updated the home to include all modern conveniences while preserving its Provençal charm. A bright and beachy color scheme enhance the home's atmosphere.

The well-appointed chef's kitchen with our large marble work area provides a perfect setting to prepare dinner with fresh ingredients from the Provencal market.

The beds are fitted with plush mattresses, crisp, white linens, and soft pillows for a restful sleep during your holiday.

BEAUTIFUL HOME, WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

Leading up to our stay, the owners were so thorough & professional and truly a joy to work with. They provided information about the location as well as what to expect in the home, a referral for transportation from the airport and enthusiasm through & through. The home was meticulously decorated and cared for and offered ALL of the amenities. Including air conditioning, which was SUCH a great relief after a day at the beach. We really appreciated the split bedrooms (one on the 3rd floor, 2 on the 1st floor, which really allowed our joint parties privacy. I really cannot say enough good about the home and our visit to Antibes. I would highly recommend to a friend (in fact I have already!) and will certainly plan to stay again.

Loved it. All the modern comforts and all of the charm of an medieval village. Dozens of wonderful cafes and shops within seconds of the front door yet private down a side street. Fresh fruit and a bottle of wine on the counter when we arrived. You will become addicted to that coffee machine.

WONDERFUL APARTMENT IN ANTIBES.

This apartment has been beautifully renovated. We had three couples in our group, and it was perfect for us. There are three very comfortable bedrooms, with bathrooms, and the kitchen, dining, and living room areas are very nicely done with everything you need for cooking and enjoying the ambience of the apartment. There is a lovely balcony with flowers and a table and chairs for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening.

The property is very clean and beautifully maintained. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning in each room and a washer and dryer.

The location is very close to the town square with restaurants and shops, and it is also very close to the market for a great selection of local foods.

The owners, Tom and Paul, sent a very helpful list of restaurants and activities in the Antibes area. We were greeted by Suzanne, a lovely hostess, who answered any questions we had, and made us feel at home.

We highly recommend this location.

PERFECT HOUSE, PERFECT LOCATION

After reading all the reviews on this exceptional house , with such attention to detail we were prepared for great things, however this house exceeded our expectations . Beautifully decorated , very we'll stocked kitchen both in terms of food and wine (opened immediately in our case ) and utensils. The beach bags and towels in each room were appreciated. The book shelves had plenty of beautiful French reference books , cookery books, up to date travel guides and the most hilarious old French / English phrase book. We cried with laughter when reading it, and could not believe the phrases they were translating , it kept us entertained for quite a while.
Apart from being a great house, with a lovely sunny terrace ( hard to believe in such narrow streets ) it is a perfect quiet location, 1 minute walk to patisserie for breakfast , 1 minute walk to wide choice shops and of restaurants (our favourite was Le
Le Taille de Guepe next street up ) 5 minute walk to beach . Main supermarket is less than 5 minute walk , we used our suitcases on wheels to transport all the wine back . We also made good use of the local buses and trains to and from airport , to the cap and to Saint Paul de Vence.

We had a wonderful experience with this townhouse! So beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all the comforts of home. It is even more beautiful than the website depicts. Immaculate and roomy. Is in the perfect location, within easy walking distance to great shops, restaurants, and the sea! A true gem. I have gushed to all family and friends about it and highly recommend that they treat themselves to this magnificent townhouse in the gorgeous town of Vieil Antibes!

MAISON DU VILLAGE...FANTASTIC

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maison du Village, a beautifully decorated, warm and homely property. Everything we could have needed was available in the house, great attention to detail, with a few essentials to welcome us including a bottle of wine! Totally unexpected, these little touches certainly added to our experience. Perfectly located in Antibes and to top it off we had glorious weather during the whole of our stay. A perfect mini break.

Maison du Village provides the perfect setting to enjoy the quaint cobbled streets, casual cafés and glamorous beaches of the French Rivera.

Plage de la Gravette is located five minutes from the house. Antibes also boasts several private beaches with casual restaurants and beach chairs. We recommend Royal Beach on Salis Beach. Visitors should also explore the larger beaches at Juan Les Pins, on the opposite side of the Cap d'Antibes, as well as its many restaurants and speciality shops.

Antibes is well-known for its Provençal market. Socca, olives, cheeses, flowers, sausages, jams, seafood, and fresh fruits, meats, and seafood are among some of the regional specialties on offer.

Visitors should also check out the cathedral and the old ramparts of Antibes and the famous Picasso Museum.

Antibes' Train station is a ten-minute walk from the house and provides access to places such as Cannes, St. Tropez, Nice, Monte Carlo, Eze, Menton, Marseilles, etc.
