About Sue Brodie
The barn stands next to our house. As soon as we saw the house my husband and I fell immediately in love with it. At first we spent all our time settling our family into our home and renovating it. We then turned to the garden and began planting......trees, hedges, roses, bulbs. We now have a 2 acre garden which is still new but maturing all the time and have recently built a pontoon next to the lake and had some old tree stumps carved by a chain saw sculptor! We converted the barn 6 years ago but we have recently totally refurbished it again with with beautiful fabrics to reflect the country setting. I have always lived in the country and am never happier than when I am at home in my house or garden.
Sue Brodie purchased this barn in 2004
Why Sue Brodie chose Chiltern
We have 7 acres of land and we manage to produce our own fruit, vegetables, eggs and meat on the smallholding that we have developed. This makes it a very special place for us both.
What makes this barn unique
Modern living in an old building surrounded by a beautiful garden and open countryside that belongs to us.
