Two bedroom, Two bathroom top floor apartment with views
ARENAL DUQUESA is a brand new gated complex centrally located between
Sabinillas and Puerto de la Duquesa.
Arenal Duquesa development also known as Duquesa Manilva, has good access
to the N340 giving residents the ability to travel to both Gibraltar (30 mins) and Marbella (45 mins) with ease. The town has good shopping facilities and access to many amenities including a number of golf courses, fitness centres and local weekly markets.
Arenal Duquesa is a modern high quality apartment development with beautiful
tropical gardens, TWO PADDLE BALL COURTS and FOUR LARGE communal SWIMMING POOLS with lawned gardens and sunbeds. Arenal Duquesa is a family friendly complex with children's pools and a relaxing atmosphere. Its proximity to la Duquesa port, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach make it a popular place to stay.
Our PENTHOUSE two bedroom apartment (one double and one twin) has two bathrooms (one en suite), a spacious living room with flat screen television, satellite TV, DVD and a dining table for six. It opens up onto a terrace overlooking the communal gardens, pool and with some sea views. the terrace also has a table and chairs as well as sun loungers.
The modern fully fitted kitchen includes fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher
and washing machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite
bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is
second bathroom with shower.
There are four adults swimming pools as well as children's pools to enjoy within
the beautifully maintained gardens. You can also make use of the paddle tennis
courts within the grounds.
There is a Climate Control system, which gives cold Air Conditioned flow, and can also act as a passive heating system in those colder nights. Access to the apartment is by lift or you can use the stairs which have views overlooking the development and the sea. The secure garage (key only) is accessed directly from the block itself via the lift, and all access to the development is via remote control gates or pedestrian fob access making it one of the most secure complexes in the area.
Linen and towels are provided (not beach towels)
There are no restrictions as of the day of arrival and departure but would
request our clients to arrive after 3pm and leave by 11am (unless otherwise
The complex is also close to famous golf courses such as La Duquesa golf and
country club, Sotogrande, San Roque and Valderrama.
Please note that this apartment can sleep SIX, but is ideal for FOUR adults. Parties of FIVE or SIX will only be considered if a FAMILY wishes to rent (2 adults and 3 or 4 children).

A well equipped apartment in an ideal location- only 10 minutes walk to the beach and the local bars and shops. Only 15 minutes walk to La Duquesa and no hills to climb! The apartment was well equipped and attractively decorated. Lovely pool area with clean toilet facilities. My only criticism was the lack of sunbeds around for the pool and I ended up buying a cheap deckchair which I left at the apartment. Otherwise, no complaints.
We have bought this apartment as an investment and holiday home and have furnished it to afford the luxury that we expect. With children growing up very quickly, we wanted somewhere to bolt to that was easy and secure. Flights to Malaga from most UK airports, so very convenient. We can sit on the balcony while the children play safely in the pool below
The whole complex is a mix of owner occupiers and holiday homes, from several nations. Secure and easy to access. Close to beaches etc, but far enough not to get the noise.
