The pleasures of a 10 hectare walled estate with formal and informal gardens, a large pool, and a private tennis court, is only equalled by the charm of the interiors, which offer gracious living as only the French can design, and as the Eighteenth Century mastered.
High ceilings, original beams à la Francaise, beautiful stone floors, and even some of the original papier peint (original hand painted wallpaper) as well as beautiful and stylish furnishings, blend with current style, quality antiques, and some splendid paintings to make it picture perfect.
The 7 bedrooms include 3 Master bedrooms, 2 additional double bedrooms, 2 bedooms with smaller double beds, and 5 bathrooms. The interior living areas have 3 reception rooms plus ; free standing orangerie (arranged as a dining/living/reception room), and 3 cloak rooms. The kitchen is enormous, and designed for a chef, with a professional kitchen, 2 ovens, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and everything else. Don't like to cook ? Don't worry. We can organize a cook, or catering.
Outdoors, there is a private tennis court, a large pool, 15x7 meters, and an Orangerie redecorated as an indoor-outdoor living room. The property itself is tough competition for the charms of the local sights at St.Remy, Avignon, Aix-en Provence, L'Ile-sur-la-Sorgue, Eygalières, Beaucaire and Arles.Do not forget that the lovely Mediterranean coast is less than an hour away.
