A traditional Spanish style one bedroom apartment

Fabulously located apartment in the beautiful urbanisation of Torremuelle which is next to the sea between the very popular towns of Fuengirola and Benalmadena.

The property has steps from the street leading up to the spacious balcony at the front of this apartment.

The front doorway opens into the cosy living room. The living room is a relaxing space with TV, arm chairs and sofa bed. The lounge has direct access to the front terrace. The terrace is a very spacious, has beautiful sea views and there is an excellent BBQ area.

The kitchen is off the living room to the left. The kitchen is fully equipped with full oven, hob, fridge freezer, plates and utensils.

There is a private garage for off street parking next to the entrance of the property.

The washing machine is located in the garage.

The bedroom is to the right of the corridor opposite the kitchen. The spacious bedroom is suitably furnished for a relaxed atmosphere. There is a good size bathroom located opposite the bedroom.
