This attractive 3rd floor apartment is part of a new-build development with secure entry phone system and lift access.

Located 1.5 miles east of the city centre, just a 20-minute walk or short bus journey to central Edinburgh's many attractions such as Princes Street and the Royal Mile.

There are good transport links on nearby Easter Road, and the apartment makes an excellent base from which to access Edinburgh's array of theatres and festival attractions.

It is also within walking distance of Leith walk with a wide selection of cafes, restaurants and bars.

The apartment offers two generously sized double bedrooms accommodating 4 guests. Large open plan kitchen and living area with seating for up to 6 and dining table for 4.

There is also a balcony with a small seating area which commands fantastic views of Arthur's Seat.

The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Waverley train station is also located approx 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk away.

Edinburgh international airport is a 25-30 minute car/taxi journey away.

Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but is depend if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival.
