The beach, newly developed Marina and a whole host of stylish restaurants and bars are within a stones throw away, making Torre Rosa the perfect venue for families, couples and friendly get-a-ways.

About Marina

We are private home owners who enjoyed the beauty, tranquility and energy of Ibiza over several years. We reformed the apartment from a former spa, into our first ever home. Having re located back to the UK, other holiday makers are now invited to enjoy the fun and beauty of Ibiza from our lovely Torre Rosa apartment.

We loved it so much so that nothing I find is ever quite as good !! It’s on the right side of SE, near the Marina, large spacious apt which had a home from home feel with a fab balcony, a communal pool with lovely neighbours, and peaceful – perfect. We loved it, and the 4 of us would go as far as saying it was the best holiday we’ve ever had, and we’ve had a few, so thank you !!

The perfect find!!

My husband and I have been going to Santa Eulalia for the last 12 years, but this year some friends wished to join us on the White Isle, so we decided to stay in an apartment instead of a hotel. Torre Rosa provided everything we needed for a relaxing holiday with friends. Marina & Dominic have provided the perfect home away from home accommodation. The apartment is ideally located to all local amenities and all that the resort has to offer. The apartment is spacious, clean and provides all mod cons for a comfortable stay. The pool and garden are well kept and the other members of the community are very friendly. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful location, with all the comforts of home then Torre Rosa is for you. It truly was the perfect find and we look forward to staying there again soon.

Not what we expected

On arriving at Torra Rosa we found everything as described and our first impressions were great. My children 9 & 6 were eager to go down to the pool which was where our first problem occurred. I was aggressively confronted by one of the residents (vice chairman)who said the owner was not supposed to be renting out the property as it was a non touristic residence so there for we were not allowed to use the pool. He handed us a list of rules which clearly stated everything he had just said. My children were so upset as the pool is half the fun of a holiday abroad. It was such a shame because it really did ruin the rest of our week even though the apartment was lovely we always felt like we shouldn't be there . On the plus side the area was beautiful, we ate in some fantastic restaurants and went to the most beautiful beaches. We would definitely come back to Ibiza only next time stay where holidaymakers are welcomed!

Owner's Response: Unfortunately the guests had an argument with a local resident on day 4 of their week long stay. It appears they soon made friends as the resident and guests teamed together to apply for a large amount of compensation, due to the emotional stress of their argument. I am happy to say that there are many more reviews that mention how nice the community is and how much they enjoyed their stay. Similarly ,this is a location for people looking to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday and is not suitable for those wanting the party side of Ibiza.

Lovely, clean, modern apartment

We stayed at this lovely apartment for 10 days in August and we had a wonderful time. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with the added benefit of wifi and Netflix on the TV which kept our kids entertained while keeping out of the sun! The swimming pool was brilliant with half of the pool shallow enough for our 5 year old to stand and the other half deep enough for lots of jumping and diving in for our 8 year old. People tended to use the pool for an hour or so and then went back to their apartments so if you picked your time right you would often have the pool all to yourself which was great! Santa Eulalia is really nice if you want a chilled, family holiday. The restaurants were all very good (especially in the the marina close to the apartment) and the sandy beach (about a 10 - 15 minute level walk) is lovely. The only slight downside for us was that the kids had to share a double bed although they got used to it pretty quickly. We plan to go back next year!

Gorgeous apartment, ideal location!

I'm always a bit nervous booking holidays but this apartment is fantastic! I've stayed here a few times (with and without kids) and it's catered for our every need. Biggest selling point for me is that it's really CLEAN, really well kept and good quality comfy furniture.... (and english TV) lol
We've always had lovely weather when visiting and make the most of the out door pool. The beach shops and restaurants are only a short walk away so again ideally situated... (and it's a flat walk!)
Defiantly the place i'd recommend when visiting Ibiza!

Great unique apartment near all local amenities.

This apartment is superb, we took our children aged 9 & 6 here and they loved it. The apartment itself is great and has everything you may need, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom each per bedroom.
The main bedroom is a great size with a lovely big shower, and plenty of room to move around in. The second bedroom is small and a funny shape, our kids had to sleep together every night in the double bed which was fine whilst they were getting along !! Maybe 2 singles (if they will fit in), would be a better option as I would say this apt is predominantly for families and it would open up the option for older children to stay here.
The pool was great, we all loved it, it never got busy and if it was up to the kids, we would have been there every day.
It was about a 10 minute leisurely walk to the sandy beach which is huge, there are many beach bars and restaurants for you to choose from and all within easy reach of each other. The local ice cream shop (Moretti's ?) is a must as is Mariners Bar which is at the other end of the bay with live music most nights.
What we liked about this apartment was that it was on the marina side of Santa Eulalia which meant that on an evening you could enjoy the marina views and market stalls. These are just a short walk over the car park and past the children's play area.
This apartment also has a huge balcony which goes all the way round, making it great to relax at any point of the day. We shared it with the gheko's which are more than friendly, and the kids loved. We could eat our breakfast overlooking the pool whilst deciding what to do for the day !
This apartment also had a home from home feel, there was lots of fridge space, cupboard space, an induction hob, plenty of cutlery and crockery and drinking glasses !! The main supermarket is only a few minutes drive away.
The owners of this apartment have been brilliant, great communications throughout, really friendly, and if they weren't booked up we would be there again this year in a flash but unfortunately we have to wait another year and if the kids (who will then be 11 & 8) don't mind sharing a double bed - ( We would have given it 5 stars if there were 2 x single beds ) then we will be back to enjoy the best holiday we have ever had all over again. Thank you very much and I hope to see you again next year !!!
