“Perfect accomodation in a perfect setting”

A long weekend was made more pleasurable by our lovely accommodation. Based in the Royal William Yard which has an amazing position between the Sound and the River Tamar there is plenty to see and do even when cold grey and raining. Mills Bakery is in respectfully restored naval buidings which retain their heritage. The apartment has a fantastic view and is comfortable warm and quiet with all the facilities you need.?After being shown to the apartment we were left to enjoy our break I just wish we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed a lovely stay and would strongly recommend this to friends.

Drakes Wharf apartment is situated in one of the finest historic developments in the south west. It is a contemporary two bedroom apartment fitted out with everything today's holidaymaker or business traveller needs. It is situated in a beautiful waterside location and is close to the town centre. We have apartments sleeping up to 6. We offer holiday accommodation, serviced corporate lets for any period and longer periods/winter lets. They are all fully equipped and maintained by our own in house housekeeping and maintenance team.

We are a family business based in South Devon who operate a property business called Plumlocations focusing on holidays, residential rentals and development in the English and French Rivieras.

As our name implies our properties are carefully chosen for their location primarily and our carefully maintained by our own team of housekeepers and builders.
