Large 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment Opposite Valley Gardens

The property has been inspected by the English National Tourist Board and was awarded 4 stars.

Stylish decoration with contemporary furniture, fully equipped for catering at home. Comfort sprung super king-sized bed with en-suite and a corner bath in the master and two comfortable full sized single beds in the second bedroom. The apartment is on the ground floor, reached by two steps from the back and fifteen steps from the front. A small garage can be found at the rear.

The beauty here is the location. A serene, calm place over-looking a wonderful park, with award winning floral displays, great facilities for children and picnicking. Minutes away from sophisticated shops and Michelin starred restaurants.

The apartment has a large living room overlooking the park. comfortable seating for six. 37' TV, Free view, DVD player and WIFI are provided. A large dining table seating eight allows for meals at home. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge and all crockery and cutlery enabling self-catering.

The master-bedroom has a large sleigh-bed. It is en-suite, with a corner bath, sink and toilet. Along the hall is the second bedroom - two new full-sized single beds and a further lavatory and shower room, with a power shower - great water pressure. Central heating in winter and a mobile air-conditioning unit for hot summer days. The living room also has a pull out double sofa bed allowing for up to 6 to sleep comfortably.

Outside there is a small garage at the rear. In front of the apartment is Valley Gardens, a seventeen- acre park with picnic areas, playground, boating lake, pitch and putt, cafe, band-stand and a lovely woodland walk leading to Harlow Carr - the award winning RHS gardens. There are shared tennis courts, so bring your racquets! There are often events in the park such as vintage fairs, brass bands, carnivals and for the sporty, a boot-camp and fitness training classes.

We decided to buy this property as we visit Harrogate regularly and fell in love with the town's beauty, the fresh air and the people.

ABSOLUTELY IDEAL FLAT - FOR SHORT OR LONGER STAY!

You will absolutely love and appreciate the location of this beautifully appointed flat. It's furnished with everything you'll need for a short or long stay. The Valley Gardens directly across the street have nice walking trails and many activities. The flat is conveniently located just a few minutes walk away from nice restaurants, pubs, shopping, the train/bus stations, the Stray, all that Harrogate has to offer. I have enjoyed my few weeks here and look forward to many more.
