Beautifully furnished, this fantastic three bedroomed penthouse is ideal for those who love 5 star quality, but yet want the independence offered by private accommodation.

Due to its centre location in Albufeira, it is the perfect choice for families with children, golf groups, couples and in general, people looking for a high standard of accommodation. The central location means that nightlife, shopping, beaches & amenities are all within walking distance.

Security - high security entrance door & video entry system.

Situated in a secure complex, it enjoys the benefits of communal swimming pools and landscaped gardens. This superb spacious three bedroomed penthouse has luxury finishings and furnishings with its unique feature being that of its three south facing balconies where one can enjoy sun from dawn until dusk. Here one can enjoy the view of the Atlantic while enjoying glorious breakfasts and evenings of wine plus al fresco dining. The main balcony is beautifully finished with tropical plants in varied large containers and relaxing sun loungers. It can be accessed by 3 Patio doors leading from both Lounge & Kitchen for ease of service.

The Lounge and Dining area are also extremely spacious with three plush leather sofas(two of which can be used as futon beds). The dining table caters for eight people. Satellite TV/DVD/Music Player and free WiFi are all available for the clients use.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped with all modern appliances that one would require ie. cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave and in general gives a most homely feeling while away.

All bedrooms are equally spacious, comfortable, with fitted wardrobes and high ceilings. All are air conditioned/ heated.

Two large bathrooms(one being an ensuite from the master bedroom), shower over baths, toilets & bidets, fully tiled ceiling to floor, mirrored and electrically fitted out for hair dryer and shavers. One additional toilet can be found across from the Lounge/dining.

This 5* penthouse allows for bookings of up to 10 people with two leather sofa beds.

Airport transfers, welcome packs, high chairs, buggies, meet & greet, can all be arranged in advance of arrival.

The local agent is on site at the Corcovada Club should a client require assistance during their stay at the penthouse.

Centrally located for accessing all Algarve golf clubs, most Golf Courses are within a 20 Minute drive. Even the most distant, close to Spanish border, are within an hour’s drive.

Children have access to the kiddies pool, play area, mini golf at the Corcovada Club & Restaurant and many beautiful beaches and theme parks can be easily accessed from this property - Zoo Marine, Aqua Land and many more. All sports activities are catered for and our agents will take care of suggestions and advice.

Mini train - this takes you to the Old Town/ Beach in 1 stop from the Apartment. No long walks and it arrives right beside the escalator that deposit you onto the beach, and back up. The Day ticket allows you to ride on it as often as you like - so go down to the beach in the mornings, back for dressing up, down for nightlife until 03.00 hrs. when the train stops.

Walks, Nature, Safaris: Walking in the Algarve is a beautiful experience, along Coastlines particularly but also inland. Tourist offices all over the Algarve have maps and suggestions.

You can also book 4 wheel drive safari day trips into the Cork forests, small farms for lunch, local craft centres and many things which would remain hidden from the casual tourist.

Bird life is rich and varied and there are large numbers of areas where you can see great concentrations.
