Enjoyed out stay, only wish it was longer. Lovely apartment, has everything you need and more. Great being right in the middle of Rose Street. Will be back, thanks!
Im a 31 year old professional originally from Tyne and Wear, England. I moved to Edinburgh in 2005 and since then have settled in Edinburgh. Its an amazing city to live in!
I was looking to buy a city centre property in need of renovation and I came across the flat in 2011, it hadn't been maintained for atleast 25 years. I seen that it had masses of potential but it was a huge challenge...Great location and great character!
The property was built in 1792 when Edinburgh's 'New Town' was under construction. It still retains all the original internal doors and floorboards which I restored. Along with the exposed original stonework wall, this property has a great feel to it. Put together with the location its a stunning place to take in the city!
