Situated in a small complex of only 12 apartments with a large garden and shared pool suitable for adults and children in the heart of the Millennium Golf Course and overlooking the 15th Fairway and directly over the pool. Access to the pool is via a staircase and rear door direct into the garden.
3 bedroomed - all with oversize twin beds and 1 ensuite. Additional shower room and toilet. Large lounge/dining room with feature fireplace with full dining table, large flat screen TV with sky, DVD and Video player and music system and ipod docking station, access to the front balcony from the lounge which is a real suntrap late afternoon.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and table and chairs. From the kitchen is access to the beautiful large secure balcony with built in BBQ and full dining set, umbrella and sunbeds. It is a real suntrap and shelter as there are no apartments above.
We are private owners who have furnished our apartment as 'home from home'. We run and maintain the property to a high standard. We have enjoyed many times there with our teenage girls and our son who first visited at 4 months old and is now 6 and we are looking forward to more happy times with them, our newly born son and our family and friends.

We fell in love with Vilamoura and the apartment on our first visit to the Algarve. It was late October and beautifully warm. We love the weather and have been in every month of the year and always had sun! We got engaged in a restaurant in Vilamoura marina and bought rings from a lovely antique jeweller in the marina who is still there! The location of the apartment is both beautiful and quiet but not far away from many attractions and activities. Family members are keen golfers and particularly enjoy the surrounding courses and golf academy with driving range and full practice facilities. The pool and beach are big favourites with all of us especially the children who never want to leave!
We purchased the apartment from new and particularly fell in love with the quiet, not overlooked, location, the views over the golf course and the beautiful garden area and large pool.
The marina is stunning, fantastic boats, huge array of quality bars and restaurants and a great place to spend lots of time 'people watching' and relaxing in the sun.
We were particularly impressed by the quality of Vilamoura with palm tree lined avenues and beautifully maintained gardens and the stunning 7km of sandy beach. It all 'oozed' quality and we wanted to be a part of that.
Located in a quiet and secluded location, overlooking the 15th Fairway of the Millennium Golf Course but not far from the beautiful Vilamoura Marina with lots of bars, restaurants and activities. On the way to the marina is a Fitness Trail, the terrain is flat for cycling and a little road train runs around Vilamoura on a regular basis.Falesia beach is a stunning 7km sandy beach with some small bars, restaurants and toilet facilities.
Some of our favourite days out are Zoo Marine, the Waterpark, Krazyworld, Super mini Golf and the Sand Sculptures. There are many supermarkets in the area and for a good shopping experience you can wander round the marina, drive to Algarve shopping which opens very late and is a full shopping centre with bowling and cinema too. In Vilamoura is a tennis centre and an equestrian centre and a leisure club. Not far from Vilamoura is also a Karting centre. For more historical outings you could visit the ruins in Vilamoura or take a trip out to Silves. There are some lovely restaurants away from Vilamoura too, especially on Quarteria beach and in Almancil and the Old Village.
