CHARMING 2-BEDROOM APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF THE CITY

Photos and Description of this 2 bedroom holiday apartment in Saint-Malo

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the town, 2 minutes on foot from the Bon Secours beach and very close to the shops of Rue de l’Orme.

It is a 65 m² 2-bedroom fitted in a modern and warm style

The kitchen opens onto the living room which offers a large and very pleasant 35 m² living area. The fitted kitchen is equipped, amongst other things, with induction hob, oven, micro-wave, coffee maker (percolator and roaster 10 m from the window of the kitchen), dishwasher, etc.

The living room is equipped with a very recent HD home cinema and has Orange television package. Internet is accessible via Wi-Fi or Ethernet sockets.

The master bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed and a large dressing room. As for the second bedroom, it has a 140x190 cm bed and a clothes cupboard.

To make your stay easier, 3 options are available:

- House linen (sheets, bath towels, tea towels and hand towels) for € 40

- Cleaning flat fee of € 55

- Independent garage at the foot of the building for € 50 per week

Saint-Malo is a very touristic place in Brittany. It is the ideal place to combine tourist visits (Dinard, Dinan, Cancale, MontSaint-Michel, etc.) and cultural visits (castle, ramparts, aquarium, tidal power station, etc.) or physical and sport activities (sailing centre, motorboat rental, many nearby golf courses, coastal paths, etc.) A kids club 50 m away is accessible via the beach.

There are markets everyday in the week (except on Sunday) in all the areas of Saint-Malo:

- In the centre or Saint-Servan (respectively 30 seconds and 10 minutes on foot from the apartment) on Tuesday and Friday

- Rocabey: Monday, Thursday and Saturday

- Paramé: Wednesday and Saturday

The apartment is one minute from Rue de l’Orme that is famous for its food facilities (Bodier dairy, fish shops, butcher/pork butcher, baker, roaster, etc.)

Pour la première fois nous avons découvert Saint Malo la magnifique citée Corsaire. Cet appartement au cœur de la ville intra-muros nous a charmés. Nous connaissions déjà Saint Malo mais c'est la première fois que nous residions dans intra muros. Nous avons adoré ! L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal (garage privatif, commerces et plages à proximité). La literie et le linge de maison sont neufs et de qualité. La cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Les conseils du propriétaire ont été précieux (idées resto + sorties). Une experience à renouveler mais cette fois en été !
