Modern fully equipped kitchen with American Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Krupps Coffee Machine, Steam Oven, Microwave. Laundry area with separate washing machine and dryer. 2 Kingsize beds, 1 Double and 1 single which makes into a double on request. ( Small Extra Charge) 2 Bedrooms en suite showers, 1 shower room, 1 family bathroom. Flat screen TV and DVD. Free Wifi.

Beautiful house and very well equipped

We stayed here as a group of 7 Adults for a long weekend whilst visiting Edinburgh.

The house is exactly as it appears in the pictures and has the same luxury feel as a 4 or 5 star hotel with really comfortable beds and two of the bedrooms as en suite.

There was ample room for everyone, plenty seating etc and the house was extremely well appointed with enough glasses and crockery etc.

It really did feel like a home from home.

It also had 2 hairdryers, free wi-fi and a stereo system with I pod dock as well as the usual tv and DVD player you would expect.

Sarah was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as a great place to stay for groups or a family.

The location is very central and close to many shops and also some lovely bars and restaurants and only 2 mins from the West End Princes St Tram stop if coming from the airport. The perfect spot for a relaxing stay, quiet and tucked away on a back road but close to all amenities.

Great location for exploring Edinburgh!

This place is exquisitely furnished whilst remaining thoroughly practical and unpretentious. We stayed there for a few days following some long haul flights (>12,000 miles) and enjoyed a relaxed stay punctuated with blissfully quiet slumber in the evening and lots of sightseeing all within walking distance during the day. We will definitely stay here again!

A very relaxing holiday

The four of us (friends) stayed for 2 nights and loved the house. Sarah was fantastic and very helpful. The house itself is very close to all attractions and is within a couple minutes walk from the Airbus stop along Shandwick road. There are 3 supermarkets very close to the house so you can buy all your provisions there. The house is very stylish and comfortable and it does make a difference when we could get back to the house after the evening meal, changed into our comfy jammies and chill over a glass of wine!! As the organising for this trip, I definitely had scored Triple As for choosing this property! We will definitely contact Sarah again when we are up to Edinburgh next. Sarah, thank you for making our stay so welcomed and relaxing.

Great Find!!

We stayed here for 4 nights for my Father's 50th Birthday and we would highly recommend to anyone. Townhouse was to a very high standard, spacious, plenty of facilities and perfect location!

Kyloe Restaurant well worth a visit and only a 5 min walk from the Townhouse.

My Father and the rest of the family thoroughly enjoyed their stay and we would definitely return again.

We stayed here for 3 nights over the new year, the house was spotless and well equipped with all you would require, all utensils appeared very new. Would definitely return and would definitely recommend this house for a short stay in the capital.

Great place to stay

I booked this house for my 60 th birthday celebration with my family for 3 nights.

The house is very nice indeed, nicely furnished and very very clean. We all had our own showers, toilets etc so no queuing, lovely big fluffy towels. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of gadgets etc. The house is in walking distance of Princes Street and there are shops and restaurants just around the corner. There is a garage but not for a big car we had a series 1 BMW which my son just managed to fit in. There is a car park not too far away. Sarah the owner met us on arrival and showed us round, she was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone who is thinking of staying in Edinburgh and wants to be near the centre.
