Amazing building sitting on the beachfront with 5 luxury apartments

You are moments away from the beach in the well-apppointed, beautiful building. Come out of your apartment door, head out of the building, literally a few steps and you are on the beach. Each apartment has sea views, beautifully furnished and huge windows allowing the daylight in to your apartment.

The building is grand and quite imposing on the seafront, and a short stroll from the harbour. Taking in the boats in the glorious marina whilst having your lunch or a morning coffee is a short stroll away from Granville Marina.

Ramsgate is gorgeous seaside town with the only Royal Harbour in the UK, a high speed train from London St Pancreas (1hr 17mins) and an international airport which connects you with Schipol, Holland. You will find the most amazing beach walks, lined with white cliffs and south facing. Foodies will love the range of eateries offered in both Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate. The Old Town in Margate offers great shopping for vintage lovers and the new Turner Gallery is a haven for lovers of art and culture. If you are travelling with children, a trip to this area is not complete without seeing the Museum in Quex Park.

Get ready for breath-taking views, acres of space, a beautiful sun terrace and an amazing kitchen for you to entertain family and friends. This Penthouse apartment, which we call Upper Deck, sits on the top two floors of Granville Marina and has a beautiful sun terrace where you can have breakfast and watch the beach slowly come to life with people out jogging and dog-walkers. There are three bedrooms, two of them with ensuite bathrooms, and one bedroom which sits on the top level. This does not have its own bathroom, but with a little understanding and sharing this aspect of the apartment can be forgiven. There is however, a third WC which is situated off the living room. The kitchen very well-equipped and is enormous, housing the dining table and chairs and providing you with a great place to hang out and cook followed by a nice meal for everyone. The only problem here is that you will never want to leave it. But step outside and hit the beach. It's on your doorstep.

OCEANSIDE LIVING AT ITS BEST!

This lovely property is a well appointed gem nestled next to a scenic beach. You will set on the leather sofa and look out on the ocean that seems so close you will think you're on a cruise. Great local dining and markets sand easy access to Dover, Canterbury, and other points of interest. Looking forward to a return visit!

Beautifully appointed apartment, right on the waters edge. A huge apartment, of which the pictures just don't do it justice. If you are looking for a place to stay by the sea, this comes highly recommended. With easy access to both Ramsgate harbour and Broadstairs in walking distance from the apartment, you have plenty of bars, cafés & restaurants to enjoy. We particularly like 'Miles' in Ramsgate harbour, for a relax coffee after a bracing walk along the seafront. Just beware of the tides, if you walk to Broadstairs, as it is easy it get cut off!

Arrived home this evening after spending 2 nights at this georgous establishment. Everything, from the location (literally yards from the beach...), down to the bed-linen!!!! It was faultless. No expense has been spared on this place - and it shows. Everything was of such high quality. Will definately go back here. Didnt want to come home.!

AMAZING APARTMENT WITH AN AMAZING VIEW!

My partner and I stayed at the Upper Deck apartment for 2 nights on a rainy October weekend. We were blown away by not only the apartment itself but the closeness to the sea, it's literally on your doorstep.

The apartment is huge and very well furnished. It's very clean with fantastic linen and towels. With the weather not being all that great we spent a cosy evening in front of the Television (the heating is also brilliant) listening to the crashing of the waves outside the window.

We would highly recommend this apartment, even in the colder months and it's always good to get some sea air in to your lungs. It would be amazing in the summer with the large terrace to soak up the sun!

There is a large walk in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom making it more like a suite than a bedroom! All three bedrooms are very comfortable with crisp white linen and towels throughout. The second bedroom is cosy and also has a sea view and ensuite shower room. There is a third bedroom which is accessed via a stair from the main hallway. This bedroom has velux roof lights making it bright and airy. There is no door so it is perfect for children or family members. A lovely place to look out over the beach when you get up first thing in the morning.
