MONTE ELVIRIA TOWNHOUSE CLOSE TO MARBELLA - CLOSE TO BEACH
Contemporary, elegantly and comfortably furnished, semi detached 'townhouse' style villa with spectacular views, located in the secluded and peaceful mountain community of Monte Elviria, La Mairena 8 minutes by car from the beautiful Marbella beaches at Elviria, some of the best on the coast.
This elegant home is located in a peaceful, low density residential area of townhouses with striking views, 400m above sea level with superb views. This house is in a street of 36 townhouses - not all of them are sold, and so the area is quiet.
ELEGANT INTERIOR DESIGN
The property and interior is contemporary yet very welcoming and comfortable. Hardwood tables, large sofa and easy chairs, and attractive decoration combine to create a welcoming and relaxing ambiance.
There are two internal courtyard terraces providing sheltered, quiet spots to relax and read.
In addition there is a roof terrace perfect for sun bathing; a large first floor terrace/balcony and then a large ground floor terrace with gas BBQ and table and chairs – perfect for alfresco dining - all offering stunning views to mountains and sea.
There is a large shared swimming pool near the house. It is open from 1st May to 31st October each year. Access is on a simple unfenced path along the edge of the development. Children must always be accompanied.
PLENTY OF NATURAL LIGHT
The property is filled with light, with floor to ceiling windows and glass doors overlooking the mountains and sea. From the terraces one can enjoy sea and mountain views for miles.
MINUTES TO THE BEACH
A car is recommended as the residential area is located 6km up a hill, (8 minutes drive) north of Elviria and the beach. However, Elviria is well served by buses and there are taxis in Elviria serving Monte Elviria should you wish to leave the car behind when you dine. A taxi from an Elviria bar or restaurant or Nikki Beach to the house is about 12 euro.
COMFORTABLE EVEN IN HIGH SEASON
The house is very comfortable in summer, when most properties are very hot. Due to its hilltop location, the living space and bedrooms do not get uncomfortably warm - but stay temperate.
In winter, when temperatures fall in southern Spain, the house has a wood burning stove and electric heating as the on the hill top location, temperatures are typically 4 degrees cooler than on the beach.
This property is ideal for family holidays, but is not suitable for the elderly or the very young, or people with limited mobility. The property is a townhouse so has flights of stairs for access to the different floors, In addition the gardens and pool are on a hillside, so pose a potential danger to very yound children or the elderly.
Please note that not all the 36 townhouses are occupied - some are empty properties.
The street is very quiet and parking is possible directly in front of the property. Off road parking is not provided.

The urbanisation is 36 townhouses, but not all are sold and occupied, so it is peaceful. There is a large pool open in summer, but access is along a stony path on the edge of the hillside so not suitable for people with limited mobility, or young children.

The house is spacious and full of light. Floor to ceiling windows brings the outdoors in; whilst also keeping the house cool and comfortable, even in the height of summer.
The house is stylish, yet relaxed; equipped as a ‘home-from-home’ with quality furniture, fittings, very comfortable double bedrooms; lovely kitchen and lots of outdoor space to enjoy sunbathing, of shade, views or privacy.

Upon setting foot in this beautiful townhouse my partner and I were nearly blown away with the attention to detail they gave to their home. Every little detail was very carefully looked after. And there are the amazingly perfect view from the terrace or the balconies of the valley, mountains, and the nearby sea. One could simply stand from sunrise until night staring at the view in complete awe of their surroundings. For me to say I have no complaints at all, and I was so very impressed by everything, is pretty much a ground shaking event. I promise that, and without any second thoughts, I would book a stay in their home again and again. To add to all of this; the hosts are some of the kindest people you will ever know. I sincerely hope as many people as possible get to meet this wonderful couple while staying in their truly perfect home.
