There are one big pools, 1 children's pool and garden with table tennis, swings. Residential area, no noise. New furniture and renovated. The apartment has 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen full equip, one big terrace, living room, dining room, garage private. Close to Torremolinos walking, with very easy access to Malaga and road. Walking beach 2 minutes.

Marina Port is just 10 minutes walk by promenade, with all shops and restaurants in promenade and Marina Port.

You can also go to the town of Malaga and excursions to Granada and Seville and Marbella on the same day. Everything you want to do in this house, their time is their own, plan it as you like, or simply do not plan anything

Along the seafront you can go to any beach bars to taste the famous dish of fish fry or Malaga gastronomy. You can also opt for traditional restaurants and tapas. Very nice and clean apartment. The flat was very well situated for public transport and not far from a decent sized supermarket. Salome was very helpful and I can but echo Mirabelle and David's remarks . I would certainly recommend this property tro anyone .

Very nice place and appartment

We were 3 People and we enjoyed it very much. The appartment was very good located. Had everything you needed, nice and big and also very clean. Salome was also a very nice Person. We would recommend this property to a friend or relative.

More than we could have hoped for

On arrival had a short wait for the owner to arrive and then were escorted to the apartment on the 13th floor via the lift. When we walked in we were very pleased with what we saw. The front door area led off to all areas of the apartment which were the 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, living area, kitchen and the balcony. The double bedroom was a fair size and very comfortable with a nice sea view through the window. The other bedroom had 2 single beds with a 3rd that folded out when needed which was very handy, there was also a child's bed guard which was handy for us. Also had a door leading out to the balcony. Both shower rooms were very clean and tidy and off a fair size also. The living area had dining table with seating for 4 and a sofa which doubled up as a bed when needed, there was also a tv with plenty of different channels and the wifi point (free to use) was in there also. The kitchen was just about big enough but we didn't really use it much anyway so not an issue, very clean and tidy and had everything we needed including toasters, microwave, oven with hobs, pots and pans, huge fridge freezer and plenty of storage for everything. The balcony was bigger than we expected and had lovely sea view from every side and seating for 4 outside too. The glass walls on the front of the balcony were a good safety feature for kids and didn't really distract from the lovely views. The gardens of the property were very nice and well kept and the 2 pools were the same. They opened at 1100 and closed way into the evening and were lovely, we were lucky enough to have the pool to ourselves most days. With only a minute walk to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants on the way the placement of this property was spot on. As the title suggested we could not have asked for any more. Salome and her husband were really nice and the helped a lot and were always contactable. We are rebooking for next year now and I know it will be just as nice again

Fantastic maintained property in ideal position, close to the Beach. Very nice furniture and unbelievable view on the sea. Quite neighborhood and stores for daily goods. Friendly owner with many proposals for sight seeing. Recommended for families with good taste.

Really nice place:)

We stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks, two adults and two small children, and really enjoyed our stay.
The appartment is really nice, clean and well maintained. The view on the balcony (a nice big balcony) is great and with the extra glass it is totally safe for children to play out there.

The living room might be a bit small if you need to stay indoor and eat your meals, but we could enjoy our dinner outside on the balcony so for us this was not a problem.

Salome was really helpful and fast to reply and call the suppliers when we had a problem with the wi-fi connection one day.

Bringing 2 small children with 2 strollers it is easy to go to the beach - no steps (however walking towards the city is only 6 steps down in the lobby). Please note that the Battery park "just opposite the street" is a 15 minute walk uphill and not very safe with 2 strollers (very narrow pavement). The playground in the park is great though:)

Walking along the promenade comes to Puerto Marina, taking a walk, where you can enjoy more restaurants, shops, discos, pubs, or renting a boat sail. Accommodations are directly opposite the door. You decide to go for tapas, lunch, dinner or relaxing on the beach or dancing until the wee hours of the morning. Airport 5 km.
