PORTITXOL BAY is a nice and cozy apartment of 90 sqm located near the beach and in a luxurious and modern with Palma de Mallorca.

Great location: only 10 minutes from Palma airport, 5 min from Palma de Mallorca and Bus stop 50 meters from the house.

BAY Portitxol The building has only one height which houses 5 apartments only. It has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with bath, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, small balcony and large terrace of 35 m² with exclusive table, chairs, loungers and BBQ.

The building has a private entrance to the street with a key and has air conditioning, satellite TV, direct internet access + WiFi and all the basic accessories kitchen and laundry.

Communication of the house with any point of the island by bus / train is very comfortable, easy, frequent and cheap. Car not needed. We will help you discover the magic of Portitxol.

Rent as a Temporary Residential Rental Agreement according to LAU 29/1994 art. 3.2. this is not a tourist product. No tourist services offered.

Well , what can i say!!! Every single word is true!!
Amazing 7 days. Very clean, well maintained property and the owner, himself, always around and ready to help with anything you need . Great customer service, 10 out of 10!!
Nice ,kids friendly beach , only 5 min from the apartment.
Amazing restaurants and bars also 5 min away.
We even get 10% discount in one of the restaurants, as guests of this apartment!

I highly recommending to everybody!

Looking forward for my next visit and looks like i have to hurry up and book ASAP!:)

Perfect location, great accommodation.

We have jsut returned from another lovely week in Palma and our second visit to this wonderful apartment. Portixol is a beatuiful area of town to stay in with bars,cafes, restaurants and beaches all close by to the apartment- the whole area has a very local feel so taking the apartment feels much more like you're living here than being a visitor.
The apartment itself is extremely well equipped with a good sized kitchen and great laundry facilities- also the whole apartment is on one floor, with the terrace direclty off the kitchen making it very convenient. You're also quite secluded once on the terrace which gets lots of sun through the day from mid-morning to late afternoon.
For us wifi was an important factor in our choice of apartment and the wifi here works extremely well. Parking, if you have a car is very convenient and free close by and there's a large supermarket just round the corner.
Overall the apartment is immaculately presented, clean and contemporary in style and ambience which we loved.
A wonderful place to spend the week and great for an extended stay also. Miguel the owner was on hand frequently to help with any questions and made our stay on both occasions very memorable.

hübsche Wohnung in Toplage

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Die Wohnung lag wunderbar in Meernähe, Busstation und Supermarkt ums Eck. Hübsch eingerichtet und durch die Aufteilung sehr gemütlich. Es war alles da was man brauchte und Miquel war stets zur Stelle wenn man ihn brauchte. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles lt. Beschreibung vorhanden. Das beste war aber , und das muss man mal herausstellen, die freundliche und liebenswerte Art von Miquel und seiner Schwester, die für alle Probleme, Fragen jederzeit ein offenes Ohr hatten. Ein Beispiel: Mein Fahrrad aus einem Nachbarort gemietet hatte einen Reifenschaden. Miquel hat seien Schwester angerufen, die hat mich samt Fahrrad in den Nachbarort gefahren. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Woche bei Euch. Mucho Gusto Miquel

Perfektes Ferien-Appartement

Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern (bequeme
Betten),
deutschen TV- Sendern und WLAN lies keine Wünsche offen.
Das Appartement liegt sehr ruhig (kein Verkehrslärm o.ä.).
Die zu diesem Reisezeitpunkt notwendige Heizung funktionierte prima.
Die Sanitärausstattung war einwandfrei, die Bestückung mit diversen
Hand-und Badetüchern hatte Hotelniveau.
Supermarkt, gute Restaurants und die Busstation nach Palma oder in Richtung
Platja de Palma / Es Arenal befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Promenade liegt direkt vor dem Appartement und so kann man auch in ca.
20 min am Meer entlang nach Palma laufen.
Das Viertel Portixol ist sehr ursprünglich, noch überwiegt die Zahl
der Einheimischen.
Wir haben mit dem Appartement genau das gefunden, was wir gesucht haben.
Dank an dieser Stelle nochmals an Miquel, der immer ansprechbar und sehr
hilfsbereit war. Immer wieder!!!!

Eine tolle Elternzeit in Portixol!

Endlich haben wir es geschafft, unsere tolle Zeit auf Mallorca in Portixol in einem d besten Apartments zu bewerten:*) Wir verbrachten 2013 5 Wo auf d schönen Insel. Für uns war es daher wichtig, d wir vieles zu Fuß o per Bus erkunden konnten & natürlich eine Unterkunft, in der man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Auf d Suche fanden wir schnell d Apartments v Miquel. Schon d E-Mails im Vorfeld waren super, auf unsere Fragen antwortete er schnell in Englisch/Deutsch. Unsere Vorfreude stieg & 05/2013 war es dann soweit, d Flug v Leipzig nach Palma stand an. Wir flogen m unserem damals 8Mo altem Sohn. Alles ging unproblematisch, nach 2,5 h Flug waren wir da. Vom Flughafen aus fuhren wir nur 15 min mit d Taxi - 20€ (mit d Bus wäre aber auch problemlos gegangen). Im Café bekamen wir ein Begrüßungsschreiben & Schlüssel f d Wohnung. Die Unterkunft war genau so wie beschrieben – m Liebe z Detail eingerichtet & sauber. Besonders toll war d liebevoll dekorierte Babybett & ein Kinderstuhl. Schön mit Kind, war d große Terrasse direkt an d Wohnung, da wir oft Mittags o Abends während d Schlafenszeit d Kindes dort entspannend konnten. Wir fühlten uns schon schnell zu Hause. Supermarkt war um d Ecke, ebenso d Meer m kleinem Sandstrand, eine tolle Promenade m netten Cafés & Restaurant (wo wir viel spazierten), Bushaltestelle war nah usw. Zu Fuß am Strand lang waren wir in einer 1/2 h an d Kathedrale v Palma! In die andere Richtung kam man am Strand lang in ca. 1,5 h zu Fuß an d Playa de Palma (Ballermann). Übrigens auch schöne Joggingstrecken. Mein Freund konnte sich sogar problemlos 1 Mo lang im Sportstudio m Schwimmbecken (neben Supermarkt) anmelden. Das war eine schöne sportliche Alternative. Der Mai war f d Verhältnisse dort etwas kühler. Dennoch hatten wir viele sonnige Tage & ab u zu waren auch Strandtage dabei. Strände gibt es direkt vor Ort. Mit Bus Nr.15 kann man nach Palma City fahren&dann d Haupthaltestelle „Placa de Espania“ umsteigen in d Nr. 3. Nach insgesamt ca. 1h Fahrt ist man an d Endhaltestelle d Nr. 3 & somit an supi Stränden v Cala Major. Wenn man übrigens eine 10er Karte Bustickets kauft (10F.), zahlt man statt 1,50€ nur 1€! Z.Vermieter Miquel kann man nur Gutes sagen, wenn man etwas hat, ist er zur Stelle. Sein Büro ist im Objekt.
Er macht Dinge, die man nicht erwartet. Z Bsp hat er mitbekommen,
d meine Freund Geburtstag hatte. Er lies von seiner Frau einen Kuchen backen! Vielen Dank f d tolle Zeit!! Hasta luego/Bis bald!!! Wir lieben diese tolle Insel!

Nice and modern apartment with sea views located in the upmarket area of ??Portitxol.

It is a quiet apartment 50 meters from the beach and promenade. The walk connects Palma de Mallorca Palma beach across 22 km in length where each day hundreds of people use it.

A few meters from the apartment you can sunbathe and swim at the beach, walking, jogging, cycling or just sit in one of the wonderful outdoor cafes watching marine life or eating in the various restaurants in the area.

Palma, the capital of the island, is situated only 2 km from the house. The second oldest Gothic cathedral in the world, Bellver Castle and the Old Town of the city are must just minutes from the house. The bus stop is 50 meters.

Only 10 minutes by car or bus is the famous Playa de Palma -5 km of sandy beach, with its range of pubs, clubs and discos broader Mallorca.
