This large apartment is located in a quiet but central area in St Julian's. St Julian’s is one of the largest tourist areas in Malta and is therefore suitable for tourists of all ages. The Seafront is just 250m from the apartment.

This apartment is blessed by a lot of light and is very airy.

This apartment has a wonderful layout with a central combined kitchen-dining-sitting room. This room has big windows overlooking 2 big internal yards and gets lots of light all throughout the day. The main bedroom is at the back of the property and has a big bay window overlooking the prestigious Portomaso residential and upmarket shopping complex. The second bedroom is in the central part of the apartment and has 2 single beds. At the front of the property there is an extra massive 3rd bedroom, which has a lot of Space

This apartment has 2 WC, one with bath and one with shower.

The apartment has air-condition units in some rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, gas and electric heating and fans.

This apartment is easily reachable by bus or taxi from the airport and Seaport. The block is served by lift but at the entrance there are 20 steps. This apartment is not suitable for persons that find it difficult to go up 20 steps.

The buses are very frequent and go directly to all major tourist attractions. St Julian’s is also full of life all year round. Here you will find bars, restaurants, nightclubs ( Paceville is Malta’s best night-life area is just 400m away from this apartment), Alfresco restaurants, variety of international restaurants, etc. The closest sandy beach is St Georges Bay and it is only 10 min on foot away. The best sandy beaches are 20-30 minutes by bus away. The big supermarkets are just round the corner while the a little mini market in the same street (less than 30m away) makes it so convenient to get all the daily needs with no stress!

This lovely penthouse has two large outside sunny terraces. Thus this penthouse is blessed by a lot of light and nice warm sun shine all day. A nice Gas BBQ, table, chairs, and deckchairs compliment this property to make full use of its outside terraces. This penthouse has a wonderful layout with a central combined kitchen-dining-sitting room. This room has big windows and gets lots of light all throughout the day. The main bedroom is at the back of the property and has a balcony/terrace overlooking the Portomaso residential and upmarket shopping complex. This terrace gets sun in the morning. The second bedroom is in the central part of the apartment and has 2 single beds. At the front of the property there is an extra sitting room / 3rd bedroom, which leads to the front big terrace. This room has digital TV and WIFI internet. The penthouse has a bath and also a shower room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, air-conditioning, heating and fans.

This apartment is at an excelent location, near supermarket, beach, restaurants. It is a big property, with a very good kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one very, very big). The street is quiet but near Paceville (the night life). The owner is very kind. I really enjoyed my stay

GOOD POSITON FOR ESCURSIONS!

Welcoming and good starting point for touring the island, the bus stops are just a few meters from the house.
Also excellent for spending pleasant evenings thanks to the many restaurants, the promenade to Sliema and the most lively area of Paceville.

WONDERFUL HOLIDAY APARTMENT!

This apartment is absolutely perfect: there are 3 bedrooms, is located only a 5 minutes walk from the seafront of St Julians. The property is adjacent to the complex Portomaso Marina & Hilton. The road is a quiet residential road , but Paceville, the nightlife area is just a 5- minute walk away.
The design of the apartment is very modern, bright and welcoming. The house is very large, very bright, the kitchen is equipped with all the tools, there are many heaters for the winter and air conditioners in the summer.
The owner is a cordial person, honest and very helpful and ready to solve any problem in a very short time.
All the amenities (supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants) you require are located within walking distance.
if you are looking for a quiet place, with all the comforts not hesitate to stay in this apartment.
I plan on returning in summer and renting the same apartment.

WE really enjoyed staying on this apartment. Brilliant location for our trip, walking distance from anything you would want. Wonderfully big and with beautiful view from terrace( on Balluta bay) and balcony (on Hilton hotel). The owner is kind and helpful. I recommend everyone for short and long stay!!! THANK YOU!

IDEAL LOCATION, NICE APARTMENT

The location of the apartment is just perfect as it is in a quiet location but very close to the famous Spinola Bay and to the nightlife of Paceville. Apartment is fully equipped with aircondition and the biggest plus point is the definitely the large sunny terrace with the bbq! We were 3 couples and we made use of this terrace several times during our stay. Owner is very friendly and helpful...the only problem in Malta is that times really flies ....wish we had more time, so we will surely be back! 100% recomendable!

At the entrance of the building there are 20 steps. Then one finds an elevator that goes up to the 3 floors. To reach a penthouse another 20 steps need to be climbed. Thus this penthouse is not suitable for who finds it difficult to climb 20 steps at a go.
