This large apartment is located in a quiet but central area in St Julian's. St Julian’s is one of the largest tourist areas in Malta and is therefore suitable for tourists of all ages. The Seafront is just 250m from the apartment.

This apartment is blessed by a lot of light and is very airy.

This apartment has a wonderful layout with a central combined kitchen-dining-sitting room. This room has big windows overlooking 2 big internal yards and gets lots of light all throughout the day. The main bedroom is at the back of the property and has a big bay window overlooking the prestigious Portomaso residential and upmarket shopping complex. The second bedroom is in the central part of the apartment and has 2 single beds. At the front of the property there is an extra massive 3rd bedroom, which has a lot of Space

This apartment has 2 WC, one with bath and one with shower.

The apartment has air-condition units in some rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, gas and electric heating and fans.

This apartment is easily reachable by bus or taxi from the airport and Seaport. The block is served by lift but at the entrance there are 20 steps. This apartment is not suitable for persons that find it difficult to go up 20 steps.

The buses are very frequent and go directly to all major tourist attractions. St Julian’s is also full of life all year round. Here you will find bars, restaurants, nightclubs ( Paceville is Malta’s best night-life area is just 400m away from this apartment), Alfresco restaurants, variety of international restaurants, etc. The closest sandy beach is St Georges Bay and it is only 10 min on foot away. The best sandy beaches are 20-30 minutes by bus away. The big supermarkets are just round the corner while the a little mini market in the same street (less than 30m away) makes it so convenient to get all the daily needs with no stress!

This lovely penthouse has two large outside sunny terraces. Thus this penthouse is blessed by a lot of light and nice warm sun shine all day. A nice Gas BBQ, table, chairs, and deckchairs compliment this property to make full use of its outside terraces. This penthouse has a wonderful layout with a central combined kitchen-dining-sitting room. This room has big windows and gets lots of light all throughout the day. The main bedroom is at the back of the property and has a balcony/terrace overlooking the Portomaso residential and upmarket shopping complex. This terrace gets sun in the morning. The second bedroom is in the central part of the apartment and has 2 single beds. At the front of the property there is an extra sitting room / 3rd bedroom, which leads to the front big terrace. WE really enjoyed staying on this apartment. Brilliant location for our trip, walking distance from anything you would want. Wonderfully big and with beautiful view from terrace( on Balluta bay) and balcony (on Hilton hotel). The owner is kind and helpful. I recommend everyone for short and long stay!!! THANK YOU!

The location of the apartment is just perfect as it is in a quiet location but very close to the famous Spinola Bay and to the nightlife of Paceville. Apartment is fully equipped with aircondition and the biggest plus point is the definitely the large sunny terrace with the bbq! We were 3 couples and we made use of this terrace several times during our stay. Owner is very friendly and helpful...the only problem in Malta is that times really flies ....wish we had more time, so we will surely be back! 100% recomendable!

Appartement très sympas, nous étions 8 jeunes et avons apprécié fortement l'appartement. Très grande terrasse donnant sur St Julian's bay. Vous avez un endroit pour vous baigner à seulement 100m. (Ce n'est pas une plage mais l'eau est propre et aucune difficulté pour se baigner)
Notre seule surprise sont les charges de l'appartement nous avons payés 350€ de charges pour l'eau et l'électricité pour 2 semaines. Car selon le propriétaire nous avons trop utilisé la climatisation (ce qui en été me parait totalement normal vu la chaleur.)
Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments...indeed the apartment is very well located close to restaurants, discos and also to the sea. On guest arrival we take the water and electricity readings together with the guest and we do this again on departure. We will work out the difference and the guest pays only for what he consumes.

In this case the aircondition was used 24 hours a day and even when the guests are not in the apartment and this of course results in a high bill. On arrival we always tell the guests that if aircondition is used 24 hours a day, this will result in a high bill. The ammount mentioned was consumed in 3 weeks and for 8 persons. We always tell our guests that if aircondition is used normally, the bill would only be euro 1.20 per person per day and not more.

At the entrance of the building there are 20 steps. Then one finds an elevator that goes up to the 3 floors. To reach a penthouse another 20 steps need to be climbed. Thus this penthouse is not suitable for who finds it difficult to climb 20 steps at a go.
