60 square meters, completely renovated last year

Located on the scenic rue Mazarine in the heart of Saint Germain des Près, this spacious one bedroom apartment was totally refurbished in 2012. Not only are the kitchen and bathroom brand new and well-equipped, but the floorplan is remarkably open, making the apartment airy and luminous. The living room windows (which are double-glazed to block out noise) look over the street, which is lined with art galleries, antique shops, bakeries and restaurants. The bedroom is located in the rear of the apartment behind the kitchen, so it stays quiet . It connects to an en-suite bathroom with an Italian shower and contains a walk-in closet. It also opens up onto a little balcony in the courtyard.

About Samia

The apartment is located on the left bank of the Seine, between the famous rue de Buci, the Boulevard Saint Germain, the river 'La Seine' and la Place Saint Michel.

The windows look over Saint Rue Saint André des Arts and an interior courtyard.

The rooms are open and bright and the kitchen and bathrooms recently renovated. This apartment is very quiet with a double glass in the living room and 2 windows, each with double glass in the bedroom of 2 single beds. The other bedroom gives on the courtyard but we also put double glass.

The entrance gives way to the large, luminous living room and dining room. The kitchen is to the right, around the corner and towards the back of the apartment.

A small staircase secludes the huge master bedroom suite. A second bedroom is behind the living room and also is attached to a bathroom.

The apartment is located on the second floor of this historical building.

Besides its size and optimal location, extra perks include a washer and dryer, wifi, unlimited international calling, and cable television.

Great apartment in a great location - bustling neighborhood w/bistros, shops, galleries and two very close grocery stores. Glamaparis made it all very easy from meeting us on arrival to prompt responses during our stay.

Fabulous Winter Get Away

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Years 2014. We loved the apartment for the following reasons:

Very comfortable bed & pillows

Black out curtains

Strong water pressure in the shower

Quiet bedroom away from the street noise

Nice lighting/big windows

Fabulous neighborhood

Centrally located...walking distance to any area of Paris and fabulous Metro stop close by.

Great heating system

Very spacious (including a big walk in closet)

Albeit slow, it was convenient to have a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom

Very clean & modern

Very minor complaints:

Kitchen has the basics which is fine but better chopping knives would be nice.

Hope your luggage isn't too heavy because there is no elevator.

I wouldn't recommend any light sleepers sleep on the pull out sofa. It gets quite loud at night in the main room/there's a bar directly below the apartment. The bedroom is quiet thankfully.

This is a wonderful apartment. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect Apartment in the perfect location!

Our stay in the apartment on rue Mazarine was beyond expectations. The furnishings were as the pictures depict, sophisticated yet very comfortable. Everything was picture perfect. Location was right in the heart of Paris a short walk to the everywhere from Notre Dame, The Louvre, the Eiffel Tower and the train station for a short ride to the Palace of Versailles. Open the living room windows and enjoy the view of the street below where you'll find sidewalk cafes to wonderful restaurants right outside your door. Feel like a local while you are experiencing an authentic experience of this exciting city! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Customer service from Glam Paris was excellent as well, very responsive and always there to meet your needs.

We were delighted with this appartment. Beautifully situated right in the thick of St Germain, only 100 m from the river. The appt was spotless, comfortable and surprisingly spacious for a 1 bed unit. Excellent walk-in shower. Perfect for street gazing from the huge second floor windows! Would definitely return. Lovely spacious apartment in great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay in our apartment on Rue Mazarine in October. It is spacious, comfortable, has all the amenities, and it is an absolutely fabulous neighborhood. It has many terrific restaurants within walking distance, and there are Brasseries, fresh vegetable and fruit stores, and grocery stores minutes away. It is really a lively and fun area. I would definitely recommend the apartment to a couple.

The Metro is so convenient and the did walks all over the city. Property Manager was quite responsive.

The apartment does front on Rue Mazarine, so there is definitely street noise in the living room. The bedroom is in the back and is very quiet. It is really hard to avoid street noise in any apartment in Paris - I think it has to be expected!!

Located on rue Mazarine, the apartment is in one of the most beautiful parts of Saint Germain des Près. By foot you can access some of the city's best cafés and restaurants, as well as countless boutiques, art galleries, and museums.

The rue de Buci, around the corner, hosts open markets nearly every day of the week. Additionally, there are several grocery stores on the block.

The apartment is an ideal base for sightseeing. Nearby attractions include: the Saint Michel fountain, Saint Sulpice Church, Notre Dame, the Cluny Museum, the Luxembourg Gardens and the Louvre....All attractions are easily accessible by either foot or metro.

Metro Saint Germain des Pres, Odeon, or Saint Michel (Line 4, RER B and C).

Bicycles for rent (Velibs) are a block away.

The RER B train goes directly to Charles de Gaulle Airport.
