Recently converted into large spacious apartments but still retaining its historic features. The old bodega, original beamed ceilings and unusual, individual architecture all add to the charm and character of this unique, quirky property.
What makes this apartment unique
Unlike most apartments or villas all our bedrooms have en-suite facilities (bar one, which has a separate bathroom). All apartments are self-contained with their own private entrance and private terracing.
Velez Rubio is a small town less than 10 minutes by car with a host of bars, restaurants and all facilities. It has the advantage of local prices and non-touristic weekly market, at the same time being 5 minutes away from the motorway which will take you for a day out to Granada, or local beaches in Costa Blanca or Costa Almeria. El Olivar is a quaint, quiet and quirky 250 year old rural property.
