To the front of the house there is a living/reading room with wood burner. Large open plan kitchen/dining room with American fridge freezer, high quality Siemens Appliances and under-floor heating. Double doors leading to landscaped garden with outdoor all weather sofas and outdoor dining area at the rear of garden. Garden Study also to the rear of garden with full internet access. On the lower ground floor there is under-floor heating throughout, a twin bedroom with lots of wardrobe space, family bathroom and living / media room with 3D Blu-Ray and 55' TV. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a further twin bedroom. Further family bathroom with double sink, double-ended bath and separate shower.
There is high speed unlimited internet throughout the house, and a multi-room SONOS audio system. There are flat-screen TVs in the media room, kitchen and master bedroom which are SMART HD TVs. Beautifully furnished. Artwork throughout is mostly original or limited edition by local artists.
Situated on Observatory Street providing immediate access to all the local amenities on Walton Street, including cafes, bars, restaurants and cinema. Oxford bus station and city centre are approximately ten minutes walk from the house with Oxford mainline station approximately ten minutes walk which is ideal for commuting with London Paddington accessed in just 40 minutes.

Visit Bodleian Library, the medieval divinity school, the oldest teaching and examination room of the university, a masterpiece of English Gothic architecture. Deposit amount will very depending on length of booking and number of people staying in the property.
Payments received via bank transfer, cash or cheque.
A small fee will be charged for check ins or check outs outside of office hours.
A deposit of 30% of the rental fee is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance of 70% is to be paid in full eight weeks prior to commencement of stay. Should the booking be made less than 8 weeks in advance, full payment shall be required immediately upon booking.
