Downtown Magnificent 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people, situated in the center of Seville. It has optional garage.

It is very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated.

The living room, very spacious and bright, has two sofas with armchairs, made by hand, with feather pillows for comfort. Dining Table wings, with all its stalls distributed by the rest of the house, and flat screen TV.

Bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, covered with wood and drawers and racks perfectly distributed. Feature of fernandino comfortable old style and are decorated with original paintings. The mattress on the bed is latex. The second bedroom has twin beds with memory foam mattresses 1.05. The third bedroom has two beds with articulated electric somiers and latex mattresses. The three bedrooms have games in Egyptian cotton bedding, white.

Washing machine, fridge, extractor hood, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee and traditional Nexpresso, etc: Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances. The earthenware dishes is typically de la Cartuja. Cutlery steel and alpaca. Extending table ideal for a light meal.

Both bathrooms have been recently refurbished, featuring large shower plate and all new toilets. Both are bathrooms and are equipped with white cotton towels, hair dryer, side tables to support all personal care products, cosmetics, etc..

It has central air conditioning system with choice of cold and heat.

The apartment is strategically located in the heart of Seville's old town, 200 meters from the Cathedral. Given your situation, you can get leisurely stroll to all sights of the historic center of the city. You may access on foot in less than five minutes, as emblematic monuments such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Torre del Oro, City Hall, Palace of Lebrija, House of Pilate. Church of the Savior

Also, the area has numerous leisure: Shops, restaurants of different levels, typical bars of Seville 'tapas', theaters, cinemas and all kinds of cultural and leisure within 5 minutes walk activities. The location is excellent, in the face of opera and theater season, given the proximity to the Teatro de la Maestranza.

However, despite being an area of ??great atmosphere during the day, the nights are very quiet, being able to rest with absolute confidence.

Although able to reach all the key areas, there are also many opportunities for public transport: tram, metro, buses, taxis, all stops very close to our apartment.

According to a prior review in April, the owner knew that the AC doesn't work, but didn't tell us. Otherwise the apartment is as advertised. Seville is hot without air conditioning.

First I reiterate my apologies (again) for the problem you had with the air conditioning during your stay.
As you well know, you've rented a private home, not a hotel. In a house there is a number of devices, because they are made by humans, can suffer breakdowns. In a hotel too, but they can fix just change room. They also tend to have a technician 24 hours to repair any possible damage.
It seems to me unfair (and uncertain), you try to convince our customers that we had a malicious attitude being based about a previous comment.
During the week 16 to April 20 the apartment was occupied by another family and air conditioning suffered a different fault. The air conditioning was repaired obviously because between that date and the date of your stay (from 21 to 31 May) we had five other tenants and all gone without any fuss. Bad luck has made the air conditioning to malfunction during your stay. We have done everything possible to solve the problem and, although in Seville is very difficult to get a technician urgently at that time, being high season in the sector of air conditioners, We got contact one that was three times but none of you were waiting for them.
I also want to mention that the temperatures in Sevilla during your stay were exceptionally soft 13º/15º minimum and 20º/25º maximum most days.
In any case I return to apologize and regret that this problem has ruined your stay in Seville and has prevented you see any positive things about our accommodation.

Wonderful

My family stayed at this apartment for four nights during Semana Santa, just last week. There were five of us, my husband, myself, and our three teenage children. We loved it. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everywhere. There is a Corte Inlges, which is the big Spanish department store at the corner a few yards away. There's a supermarket in the basement, so getting food and whatever else we needed was easy. I had no idea that the procession routes during Semana Santa would be right outside our windows. That was a real bonus. We had ring-side seats! We also walked around Sevilla to look at all the processions - there are many during Semana Santa - from street level. It's a crazy, wonderful week. If you are looking for that kind of excitement, then it's a fun time to come. But if you don't like crowds, pick another time. The air conditioning wasn't working in the apartment but Pepe, and Maria, who met us at check-in, had put fans in every room in the apartment and that was more than adequate in April. The apartment is very comfortable - and very clean. We enjoyed being there when we needed a break from all the activity on the street and sightseeing. The beds are also comfortable. There's a clothes washer, which was useful a couple of times, but no dryer. However, clothes air-dried overnight. The Wifi worked well. The photos show the apartment accurately. It is clear that Pepe has taken great care with this home. It really is a home, and we were delighted to be able to call it our home for those few days. Highly recommended.

Stunning rental in Seville!

What a gem this place turned out to be! We stayed here with my mother in law, two sisters and our 3 month old son and this was the perfect apartment to accommodate all! The apartment is just as stunning in real life as it is in the pictures and the location can NOT be beat - right in the center of everything - no need to rent a car. I'm so pleased we were able to call this place home for the 4 days we were in Seville - will most certainly stay here again in the future.

We are so happy that we were able to stay at this apartment. There were five us and this apartment met our needs exceptionally well. The owner was exceedingly helpful (despite our limited Spanish). The apartment is beautifully appointed and WIFI was a huge plus!! The building is a block from a grocery store which proved very convenient for our needs. The building is also an excellent location for most local attractions, great restaurants, and many shops in Seville. We made this our home base for 7 nights and made a few day trips to Granada, Ronda and Italica. We loved making use of the building's parking garage as well. We would love to visit Seville again and would definitely try to reserve this apartment on a return visit!

Amazing Location, Fantastic City, Great Apartment!

A bit of background on us to help understand our view: We were 4 adults and one 3 year old from the US who travel often and planned on spending 4 nights in Seville. We walk everywhere we can and try and get lost as much as possible :)
The communication with Pepe and his staff was always immediate and responsive in the days leading up to the stay and during our stay.
We arrived by train (train station was beautiful) and walked to the apartment (~20-30 min, we had a toddler). The location was perfect. Right in the middle of a major shopping area (we are not big shoppers) but for people watching and general feel for the city very cool. It was a short walk to nearly everything we wanted to see in Seville (Cathedral, Palace, Parks, and University etc.).
The apartment itself was very well appointed. However, in some ways it was a little over the top (tall glass cylinders on a glass table top). I was afraid my toddler or me might inadvertently knock them over. Regardless the bedrooms and bathrooms were a very good size, clean and quite comfortable. The kitchen was large and well stocked with most of everything you would need during your stay. The wifi worked well (although we did have a little trouble getting it started when we first arrived). No complaints about the apartment at all.
If you are tourists visiting I would highly recommend the Palace especially if it’s a nice day outside. Our toddler loved it and we really enjoyed the grounds (maze was fun) overall quite stunning. Really we loved everything in Seville but really wished we had spent another day in the Palace ?
I highly recommend this apartment and hope this helps as you figure out your travel plans in Seville.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Seville.

Given its strategic location, you get access, a pleasant walk through pedestrian areas, such iconic sights as La Giralda, the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Archivo de Indias, the Torre del Oro, etc, or the wonderful Barrio de Santa Cruz. Nor is far the popular Triana district, where you can walk along the banks of the River Guadalquivir.

The leisure and cultural offer in the area is pácticamente inexhaustible: all categories Restaurants, bars to enjoy a typical Sevillian tapas, trips, guided or free, to various monuments, theaters, cinemas, shopping centers and many shops of all kinds in which they can make their purchases.

If the stay will be longer or shorter, may take some time to make day trips to important places such as Granada, where you will delight in the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, Cordoba with its mosque and Jewish Quarter or may they enjoy a day on the beautiful beaches of Huelva and Cadiz.

A few meters away are the bus stop several tourist companies organizing tours to these and other tourist areas.
