Functional and very bright, ideal for summer or off summer.
Between Saint Raphael (15 km) and Saint Tropez (22 km), the apartment is located in Issambres the center of shops, in a house which has four.
Its area is about 60 m2. The terrace (12 m2) is not a simple loggia. A view of the sea, which is located two blocks away.
It consists of a living room (with sofa bed for -sommier to lattes-), a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
It offers private parking, shade, on the estate. This is accessible from the outside only if they be provided with the key of the gate, which is also needed to get out (which is a security in case of the presence of young children) .
The neighborhood is quiet: the owners of two adjoining apartments do not rent and occupy themselves.
The welcome tenants and monitoring their stay (in case it is necessary, for example, to solve a domestic problem) are provided by a trusted person residing permanently in one of the apartments.

Why Mr. Jean-Jacques Candy chose Les Issambres
This house was built in 1961 by my parents and their friends who wanted to spend their holidays together in Issambres, on the early 1950's. The other houses are occupied by the second generation of 'settlers' who are also my childhood friends. The interior of the house was completely refurbished in 2008, and some renovations were made (like the facade and the terraces) in 2012.
What makes this lodge unique
* The house is located on the edge of a coastline that has no concrete; it is close to beaches and shops.
*No problems with neighbours, since they are all my childhood friends and I can assure you they are quiet and silent people.
*On site, you will be welcomed by a trusted person who lives here all year long, in one of the houses. She will give you the keys and she will be my connection to help you solve any problems you might have (small damages or appliances that do not work, for example). You will not be left alone to deal with any inconvenience that might arise.
