Cleanly presented 2 double bedroom modern apartment in a period building. Sole apartment occupying the entire second floor. Recently decorated throughout. New kitchen, new bathroom, new windows, new flooring, new window blinds. Light & airy decor throughout.

Free WiFi / Free internet. Telephone line (free UK landline calls within phone package). Heating in every room.

The property comprises:

-Living/dining room with: sofa (double sofa bed), dining table, chairs & high definition television/TV. This room has a bright open outlook with double-glazed windows onto the street.

-2 double bedrooms at the rear of the property, overlooking mature gardens. The bedrooms are quiet & private. Master bedroom with: double bed, 2 bed side tables, large chest of drawers, extensive fitted wardrobes. Second bedroom with: double bed, 2 bed side tables, chest of drawers & wardrobe.

-New modern semi-open plan kitchen with all new: cooker, 4 ring induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer & microwave with grill. Plus kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine. All essential cooking utensils. 6 person dining service/tableware.

-New modern bathroom with: WC, sink, full size bath tub with shower & screen. Storage cupboards.

The property is by Redcliffe Square, in-between Fulham Road & Old Brompton Road. Many bus-stops close-by. Nearest tube-stop is at Earl’s Court station which is direct to Heathrow Airport & direct to the Eurostar Terminal to Paris. Also, near to West Brompton Train Station for fast trains to Gatwick Airport and to the Harry Potter Exhibition! PLUS, the EasyBus 'mini-bus stop' is within walking distance (direct mini-bus to Gatwick Airport).

I took my family with me on a business trip to London (November 21st – 30th 2012.) We had an amazing time and a big factor was choosing this apartment was. Firstly we had pre-arranged to check-in very late at night (arriving from Gatwick) & were still welcomed warmly. The apartment was comfortable, really clean, and looked like the website photos. The location was excellent: close to two tube stations with bus stops everywhere. Round the corner are grocery stores & numerous restaurants & pubs. There was even a gym near the tube station. It was close to everything we needed (including Starbucks!) We'll be back next year. Thanks Caroline! 5/5

Caroline is A nice person in a nice apartment.

The acomodation is Very well located near of buses, subways. A place where we spent nice time with my family ( 6 persons) dicovering London.

Perfect appartment!

The apartment was exactly as we expected it to be, it was perfect for our stay and it looks exactly like the photos posted here.

We enjoyed staying in this flat. Plenty of room for 3 adults to spread out, a very nicely equipped kitchen for meals, it was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was just nearby.( a small grocery shop just on the other side of the street). It was a bit of a walk to the underground station (Earls court - about 8 min.)

Caroline was very helpful and it was a plesure to communicate with her before we arrived.

I would and have recommended this flat to others.

the flat was clean and we had everything we need to do our stay comfortable.

it is 5-10min walk to earl's court station and in this way you have everything(supermarket, 24hs, restaurants, take away...). we are looking forward to repeating son!!

Pied à terre de charme

Voilà un appartement très confortable et très pratique pour séjourner à Londres.

Métro et bus sont à 2 pas et le quartier charmant offre tout ce dont on a besoin : un commerce de proximité en face et les restos et magasins à courte distance.

Ce 3 pièces avec 2 vraies chambres au calme est neuf et très bien équipé.

La salle de bains et la cuisine sont belles et fonctionnelles. Rien ne manque !

Le canapé du séjour permet d'y dormir également. Toutefois, cette pièce agréable et lumineuse donne sur la rue qui est excessivement passante de jour comme de nuit.

Just perfect

My family stayed at Caroline's apartment and all I can say is that everything was just perfect. The flat is very comfortable with everything needed, super clean and warm.

Location is great, close to the tube and train station and full of places to go after a busy day in the city center.

My family would be more than happy to repeat the stay in the same flat and I want to thank Caroline for all the information, prompt respond to all my emails and the excellent costumer service provided.
