Two Bedroom Barn Conversion, ground floor, Chilterns

The Cart House is a lovely ground floor, two bedroom barn conversion on Ford End Farm, a working farm at the foot of the Chiltern Hills. The self catering property is on a courtyard with five other holiday cottages. There is a water mill on site, which is managed separately.

The Cart House is ground floor, with ramp up to the front door and has no steps inside the property. It has an open plan living area, including a kitchen which is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The dining area has a dining table which comfortably seats four. The lounge area has a sofa and armchair, a DVD player, a television with Freeview.

The master bedroom has a king size bed which can unzip into two twin beds, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom is a wet room, with spacious shower.

Parking is available in the courtyard for tenants use. Although this property does not have a garden, there is a table and chairs outside the front door in the courtyard. Electricity cards are available to purchase if more electricity is required.

Rental includes all bills, electricity (see below), broadband, linen and towels.
The owner of this property does not request a damage deposit, but will ask for a credit card authorisation to be signed on arrival. Electricity is included in the rental for this property, there is an allowance of £15 per week, which generally covers most guests` usage.
We request one third of the rental up front, if over 8 weeks before the beginning of the booking. If under 8 weeks before the booking, we request full payment. Payment may be made by BACS or credit or debit card. We also take on line payments through Worldpay. There is a 2% card fee for credit cards, no fee for UK debit cards.
A booking fee of £25 will apply for all bookings.
