Experience the Cretan beauty
In a traditional fish village by the sea in the magnificent municipality of Chania, in an imposing amphitheatre place with breathtaking sea view and quiet, designed by one of the most famous Greek architects, professor Aristomenis Varoudakis, we created 2 villas, villa Eleni and villa Athina, both of them called Ravdoucha Epavlis.
Both names – given for the sake of the daughters of the owner – refer directly to ancient Greece, Helen, the bone of contention of the Trojan war and the goddess of wisdom in ancient Greece, the goddess Athena.
We chose a site in an unspoilt Mediterranean landscape, without interference of tourist and oriented natural beauty, we created the conditions for the relaxation of the visitors.
The Helen and Athena villas are unique architectural masterpieces, surpassing in style the standard style, breaking the repetitive routine of holiday villas.
Located in Cape Spada, overlooking the bay of Kissamos and the forgotten castles of pirates in Gramvousa, causing yourself to daydream, as if suddenly appear ships and pirates ..
An ideal place for honeymooners, families with children and friendly couples.

Villa Eleni is a spectacular villa. We found it to be very comfortable and relaxing. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor spaces; there are four individual terrace/patio areas where you can eat, drink, relax, take a swim or enjoy the sunset. Inside, everything is very well laid out, convenient and high quality (including the soap/toiletries provided). Having a piano was a real bonus. It is a short drive from a small beach and a couple of fish tavernas. We visited the Waves on the Rocks taverna a few times and it was very good. For dinners we usually prepared something simple at home in order to take advantage of the sunset views looking out across the water towards the Gravmousa peninsula. The owner was very helpful and nice. We are looking forward to another trip hopefully next year. Also, we loved the swimming, hiking, food and culture of Crete.
My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Being already an owner of a very successful villa, I started to manage other villas 2 years ago.
I have the full management of all the villas that I represent, knowing everything about them and the areas where they are located.
My aim is to help the homeowners to manage their house better and guests to relax and have the best experience on their holidays with 24/7 service providing advice for all the matters during their stay.
