All the apartments have splendid clear views to the nature area and are just 200 metres from the best beach in Puerto Pollensa. Trip to Puerto de Pollenca

Wonderful flat in a calmy area of Puerto de Pollenca. Luxury interieur with a great view from the balcony. We stayed in that house second time and we definitly return. The beach is only 5 minutes away and a lot of shopping possibilies as well. Only thing we missed or disliked is not to be allowed playing with a ball in that cold pool.

A splendid apartment

A modern, high quality construction at a nice second line location. Only downside is, that the WIFI was down after a few says and the repair took 3 days. An audio gadjet to enhance the TV sound would be very welcomed.

Loved it!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartments were immaculate and very well equipped. We thought as they were new that they would be a long walk out of town, however they were perfectly located for us. A very short walk to the beach and restaurants, yet slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Lovely pool and most comfy sunbeds have every laid on. The view over the wetlands all but obscured the town and with the mountains in the background gave you a stunning view. Would definitely recommend and plan to return.

Top quality property in a great location

The booking process was very smooth and there was good communication from the rental company. This is a superb modern property with all modern facilities including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Plus the all important free wi-fi, which was reasonably fast most of the time. The furniture in the apartment was good quality and in a good condition. The property was very clean, as were the bed linen and towels supplied. The property is located next to a small nature reserve which gives a wonderful view. The location of this apartment is excellent, it is only a 2 minute walk to the nearest beach and 5 mins to supermarkets and a wide variety of restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend this apartment and plan to use it myself in years to come.

Great place, really near the beach

We booked this apartment fairly last minute. I had looked in the summer but they were a bit pricey for us but half term week was much cheaper! The apartments were great and looked just like they did on the pictures. The apartment was equipped with quite high appliances (NEFF washing machine and separate drier), dishwasher etc but lacked small touches (like a washing up bowl). There was a dishwasher but actually I forgot about it and as there was only 3 of us it would probably have had to be on with nothing in it! Pictures and perhaps a lamp in the living room/dining room/kitchen (one big room) would have been nice too and made the place feel slightly homelier. I'm a bit fussy about cleanliness and had to go and get some wipes but this wouldn't put me off staying here again!
The office was shut the times we did try to go and see someone but given the time of year perhaps this is not unreasonable. When I rang about the keys I did manage to speak to someone.
The second floor apartments (not sure if all 3 bedroomed) are great for this time of year (we were in a first floor apartment) as they have a roof terrace and the ground and first floor apartments are north facing (I think) and not in the sun much but this must be a blessing in the heat of the summer!
Sunbeds were taken away because of a storm and never replaced and as there were still guests there I think they should have been put back.
Overall, these apartments are lovely and in a fab location too - just a short walk to the centre of Puerto Pollensa along the seafront and very close to the beach, as the pool was freezing and the sea was warmer! Would definitely stay there again.

Puerto Pollensa is a small town in north-eastern Mallorca, situated on the Bay of Pollensa. It is located about six kilometres east of the inland town of Pollensa.

To the south there is a large, older urbanization called El Pinaret. This area is mainly flats, smaller hotels and private homes and has slowly developed over the years. The beach in this area is family friendly, with a gentle grade into the sea, water sports and a wide promenade suitable for walking and cycling.
