SPACIOUS 16TH CENTURY BARN NESTLING IN HEART OF CORNISH COUNTRYSIDE Approached by a long private driveway this semi-detached property adjoins the old historic manor house and is situated on a working dairy farm less than 1 mile from the popular village of Kilkhampton. Leisurely stroll around the surrounding countryside with a superb walk direct to Tamar Lakes which is approximately 2 miles; the lower lake predominantly a nature reserve and the upper lake offering a variety of watersports angling interlinking footpaths for longer walks or simply relaxing. The sleepy village of Kilkhampton offers two traditional inns that serve good food and ale village stores and pizzeria and takeaways. A short drive brings you to the spectacular Atlantic coastline with its rugged vista and secluded coves. The seaside town of Bude is only 10 minutes away with its beautiful sandy beaches and outdoor sea pool suitable for all the family and a wide range of amenities shops and restaurants. Further afield and you can explore the many picturesque fishing villages of Cornwall and Devon and the many attractions on offer such as The Milky Way Crealy Adventure Park Newquay Sea Life Centre and The Eden Project. Dining room: on the ground floor an entrance hall opens on to a large dining room with oak flooring. Kitchen: with gas hob electric oven microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: french doors open out onto a private patio with seating and beautiful landscaped garden that is fully enclosed. Amenities: ample parking.
