Paphos is located in the South west of Cyprus. It is an all-year-round holiday resort with around 340 days of sunshine per year, and a continual vibrant atmosphere. The whole area remains open throughout the year.
It is very cultural with many restaurants offering international cuisine. However, the amazing Cypriot cuisine here is by far the best, try a meze - it's amazing, up to 25 small courses of typical greek cuisine, either fish or meat or even both if you prefer.
Visit the nearby villages to see traditional Cyprus, the locals attending their daily chores, or the cosmopolitan Limassol, Larnaca and our capital Nicossia. Take a drive up to the Troodos area, passing through the sleepy villages on the way. Or maybe a trip to the buzzing Ayia Napa in the summer months is of interest.
The development is ideally located within easy access of Paphos Harbour area, Bar Street and the old town is just a short trip away.

Paphos as a resort combines luxury with old world charm. There is everything to suit people's taste, such as : Bars, restaurants, shops and tavernas, the island's traditional Greek character has been preserved.
There are many local attractions and activities you can do within Paphos whatever you age. An abundance of sporting activities from the ever popular water park to paint balling. More tranquil persuits include horse riding, or ambling through the relics and historical sites in the region.
The Tomb of the Kings is only a short bus ride away, ideal if you like the historic part of the island. There is a good collective of monasteries throughout the island too. Paphos hosts an amazing waterpark, close by the paintball park, go karting, and even mini golf ideal for a fun family day out , bus 10 ,11 or 15 . Coral Bay beach is only 15 minute drive or bus ride with yet more stunning beaches, bars , shops and restaurants.
The harbour area is not far away and can be easily walked too, however a taxi is not too expensive if you do not wish to walk. Once there it is a very pleasant area to amble around or just sit and look out to sea. From here you can take the coastal path for a good walk towards Tomb of The Kings, or head towards the larger hotels where their beautiful gardens come right down to the beach side. Most hotels are happy for you to uses their facilities if you buy a drink or two!
By Car, leave Paphos airport and at the end of the airport road turn left towards Paphos. Follow road all the way along past the American Academy school, through Yeriskipou and to the big island where you will see NEXT and DEBENHAMS on your right. Take first left off island and at first set of traffic lights turn right. Take second turning on left. Take third turning on right, follow road to end, and then turn right. The complex is in front of you. Enter to the left hand side, then each block is as follows D1,B2,A3,B4,A5,B6,A7,B8,C9 and B10.
By Bus, the route 603 bus stops right outside the complex.
