CASA DE ALQUILER EN LA CALA DE MIJAS

La casa es fantàstica en todos los sentidos. esta todo nuevo. La piscina y el jardín comunitario es una gozada. Los 3 kilometros que hay hasta la cala se compensan con la tranquilidad de la zona. El propietario, muy amable en el trato y muy dispuesto a explicarte todo lo que quieras preguntar.
El aire acondicionado funciona estupendamente, no siempre hace falta pero cuando lo necesitas responde rapidamente.
En fin, ya llevo mas de diez años alquilando casas para las vacaciones y ésta es de las mejores que he estado, sino la mejor.
Os la recomiendo.

Magnificas vacaciones. Estuvimos fenomenal en una casa maravillosa. Gracias a Manuel, su dueño, que nos facilito todo lo necesario para poder disfrutas de unas estupendas vacaciones. Se nos hizo muy corto la estancia. La casa estaba fenomenal, todo estaba impecable, los cuartos de baño , las habitaciones, el salón, la vista maravillosa que teníamos por la noche , inmejorable. La piscina de la urbanización fenomenal, incluso un padelero como yo tuvimos la ocasión de poder jugar.Gracias Manuel. Volveremos.

PERFECT FAMILY HOLIDAY

We were delighted with the accomodation & the facilities and would definately recommend the flat to anyone who wants to stay in this area. Great base location as half way between Marbella and Malaga. We would have no hesitation in booking again. The flat was clean and well equipped and kids are very happy in the pool. There are shops/ restuarants near by as is the beach but definately not within walking distance (a car is necessary).

OUR SPANISH SUMMER FAMILY HOLIDAY

This was our first trip to Spain this summer for our family holiday. We stayed at this Villa for two weeks and had a fantastic time.

The Villa was close enough to local restaurants and the beach (10 minutes by car) but quiet also.

It was also close to Fungirola, Marbella and Puerto Banus which we loved, shopping and seeing the sights and boats.

The Villa was perfect for our family as we have 3 children and the swiming pool was great for them.

Loved our holiday and hope to return next year.

SITIO IDEAL

Es una casa con edificación nueva, tiene ademas la gran ventaja de que tanto las piscinas como los espacios verdes son privados, por lo que tienes la tranquilidad de poder estar con tu familia sin preocupaciones, el sitio invita al relax y encima tan solo esta a 5 minutos en coche de un gran centro comercial donde ademas tienes cine, la playa esta a poco mas de un minuto de este centro comercial, tienes la posibilidad de visitar Marbella, Mijas o Malaga, que estan a poco mas de 20 minutos en coche. La casa esta totalmente equipada y ademas tiene aire acondicionado, es amplia y tiene una terraza donde da gusto sentarse a tomar algo o ver la puesta de sol. David y Marili(los dueños), son muy agradables y no dudan en informarte de cualquier cosa que necesites. Nosotros personalmente si volvemos a la costa del sol, repetiremos.

ESTANCIA INOLVIDABLE, RECOMENDABLE 100%

la casa es preciosa, esta todo super nuevo, las vistas espectaculares, la tranquilidad, con todas las comodidades. el entorno es muy bonito y la piscina de agua salada es muy agradable y tranquila. las playas estan a 5 minutos en coche, tambien hay un centro comercial estupendo con cines y muchas tiendas. es un sitio perfecto para desconectar y cuando te apetezca disfrutar de la costa estas a un paseo en coche, toda la zona de fuengirola es muy bonita y Marbella esta a 15 minutos en coche. Es la segunda vez que estamos y este verano repetiremos seguro.
