This is an impressive 2-bed apartment on Rue Antoine Brun Cannes la Bocca. The apartment is on the second floor of a building with a lift. This is a luxury, contemporary apartment only 300 metres from a sandy beach. There is a communal swimming pool and also private parking available. It is in a residential area with supermarkets, boulangeries and the beach very close by.

Mom, Dad and two boys 5 and 8, this is our feedback: Clean and spacious apartment with a balcony big enough for breakfast and dinner. Sunny in the morning, lovely shade in the evening. Located on a one-way street with little traffic. Yes, there is a train station at the end of the road, and no, we did not hear it at all. Kitchen is fully equipped with decent pots, pans, knives etc. Private parking in the basement is a plus. The pool is not the biggest in the world, but it is well maintained and the water is clean. Shopping is very near by, a very popular bakery literally around the corner. Great croissants. Flawless communication with the owner Catherine, and good service provided by a local english-speaking caretaker. Friendly neighbours too. We would definitely love to come again :-)

Excellent apartment were we enjoyed two and a half relaxing weeks - mostly spending our time at the nearby Plage du Midi or by the pool. The location is perfect - quit neighbourhood but still close to the sea, restaurants, shops and Cannes. The bedding configuration in the second bedroom has changed from two single beds to a double bed (plus two foldaway beds). The owner, Catherine, always answered my e-mails promptly, and was a pleasure to deal with.

Myself and my husband travelled to Cannes for a week last year. Catherine, the owner, was a pleasure to contact and answered all our queries quickly and pleasantly.
This property was like a little home from home. It has everything you need. Firstly, the apartment itself is immaculate, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment, it has extremely comfy beds and plenty of space for a group of people as well as a couple. We spent most of the time in the apartment on the lovely balcony, eating most meals out there. We also loved having the wifi to allow us to stay in touch with people at home (if we wanted to!). We went to the pool most days and often had it to ourselves or only sharing with one or two other people! No problem getting sun loungers here!
Secondly, the location is ideal. The apartment is a short walk out of Cannes and thus it feels more like the authentic France. But you can easily walk along the beach promenade to either Cannes or Mandelieu or get a very cheap (€1) bus to town. These run late, allowing you to stay out for as long as you want and still come back to the tranquility of the apartment. There is the most amazing boulengerie beside the apartment with croissants to die for and well stocked supermarkets and chemists only a 2 min walk from the apartment. You can easily travel to other parts of the Cote d'azure via train, bus or car and also inland to beautiful Saint Paul de Vence.
Overall, I'd recommend this apartment for anyone seeking relaxation and the opportunity to explore the beautiful Cote D'Azure, you won't be disappointed!

We were very happy with the apartment. Close to the beach, close to the supermarket and close to Cannes. The pool was perfect for us and the kids. The apartment (specially the terrace floor) could have been cleaned better, but overall we are very happy. We would come back :)

It is good for me to know this so that I can address the issue.
Our family stayed in this condo for 3 weeks in July. The location was great - walking distance to the beach and many shops - bakery, pastry, butcher etc. The apartment does come with a parking spot which is also great as I would highly recommend a car in order to see all the cote d'azur has to offer. The apartment was very comfortable - the beds and bedding were adequate.
There is an amazing market a few blocks from the condo that has really good produce each morning. Marco's pizza was AWESOME! Authentic pizza made in an oven that's cooked with actual logs of wood! Best beach would be the one at Cagnes Sur Mer. One has to park on the street and walk a ways down to the beach - but it is worth the walk - beautiful!
Lots of must see's here - the Italian border is just past Monaco - about 1.5 hours away. Saint Tropez about 2 hours in the opposite direction - also another must see. A visit into Galimard perfume factory in Grasse is a must do - you get to learn about perfume and make your own scent! Basically just drive the coast from the Italian border to at least Saint Tropez and explore all the towns in between!
The owner - Catherine - is VERY easy going and a pleasure to deal with - she always returned my emails very promptly. Cannes is just a five minute drive away. There is great shopping there in the old town. There is also great shopping there by Le Croisette.... Prada, Gucci, Chanel, YSL... etc! Just walking the Croisette itself is something not to miss - the people watching is superb!
All is all I would 100 percent recommend this apartment because the location is great, the apartment has all amenities you need, and the owners were fabulous to deal with! I cant wait to return :)

This was a great home from home, we had travelled down from Paris and Lyon to Cannes La Bocca and Jardin De Daphne was the perfect place to settle for a week to tour all of the locations nearby, Monaco, St Tropez, Cannes, Antibes etc. The owner Catherine was very helpful, even changing a date for us at late notice to accommodate our changing schedule. The Apartment had all of the facilities you would need including Wi-Fi so we could Skype home. English TV and film channels, good kitchen facilities, a great balcony and two minutes walk to the high street for shopping etc. The underground parking was a godsend as parking on the streets is difficult. It is easy to get to anywhere you need on the roads from this location but if you want a break from driving take the bus (No 1. 2 or 20) from the high street into Cannes, this takes about 5 minutes and costs 1 Euro each way (if you get a 10 voyage pass from the Tabac on the high street) if you pay on the bus it is 1.5 Euro each way. As expected with the South of France the food was excellent, weather very hot, beautiful beaches. We want to go back today !!!!!!!

For anyone not having been to Cannes before, Cannes La Bocca is a charming little town 2.8 kilometres along the coast from Cannes with numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a local market. This apartment is situated on Rue Antoine Brun - just 4 minutes walk from the beach.

Cleanliness: This apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each party of guests arrive. In winter the heat is switched on. Beds are dressed with fresh linen and clean towels are provided for each guest. On departure the apartment is cleaned once again so you do not need to spend your holiday time cleaning and polishing!
Beach Towels: While we do provide towels for each guest, we can supply beach towels for hire at a charge.
Changeover Day: Changeover day is typically Saturday but we will consider changeovers on other days. We will try to accommodate if possible.
